Our BNG service technician Justin arrived at our home at the scheduled time. He was polite and friendly, and clearly explained the steps he would take to perform maintenance on our furnace and heat pump. Justin seemed organized and methodical, and, armed with an array of diagnostic equipment, he determined that our equipment was in good working order. Justin has been our technician for several years, and I am impressed with his business-like attitude.

Ballard ordered that part and installed it a week later. The heat pump now works like a charm. The technician is a really good guy and knows what he is doing.
