Clean Zone Heating & Air Conditioning

The guy came to fix my fireplace, he doesn't look like know everything , he gave me estimate and started working on it and kept adding the more and more upsell to it, as he was keep breaking the things while fixing it, finally I gave up and paid hundreds of dollars for the initial estimate which I was agreed on and still having a partially working fireplace. Good luck to you if you are lucky to get things done with safety measurements.

He showed up on time, but when was about troubleshooting the problem, he had Pressure tools that were not functioning properly, he was mostly guessing problems.
The worse part he did not answer calls the next day, after we agreed that he will replace one part on the heat pump.
Very bad.

I called Clean Zone to diagnose a refrigerator that was not working correctly. Through he process he communicated clearly, arrived on time and explained the issue with until. He found the problem and I did not feel ripped off. I will defiantly call them again.

We had a broken (faulty) 2 door reach in freezer which is a life line for our cafe,and called a few guys and couldn't fix it . Got clean zone heating # he was very helpful ,and knowledgeable about the problem and been able to fix it in a matter of few hours ,highly recommend himf not only or his knowledge also for his special care!!

Very pleased with the service. They responded quickly and after a thorough diagnosis determined I had a faulty thermostat. I twas repaired and I had my heat back on. Very reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Will not be a repeat customer. Over the phone agreed that he would not charge to drive out or if he found nothing wrong. Spent 20 mins verifying system work properly. But did not find anything. He charged 75$ for the 20 mins he was here. Very irritated that I paid for 20 mins of nothing conclusive.

Over the phone, provider confirmed that they can clean a water heater vent. Provider charged me 85$ diagnostic, 150$ to reset water heater, and did not clean the vent as previously agreed. Water heater failed again 2 days later.

Came and did and tremendous job. Was very friendly clean service. I'd recommend clean zone to anyone in or around Kent, WA. 110%

My gas furnace doesn't kick on this morning I call clean zone in 30 the technician come and in 10 minutes he find the problem and gave me anestimate he is knowledgeable guy in 20 minutes I got my heat back and fair price highly recommended for whom looking for HVAC service thank you clean zone
