Thank you so much! Fixed our heating system last winter, for our back shop. When summer arrived, they saved us again, from melting from the heat, by fixing our A/C system. Now our customer's and employee's will be that much happier. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended!

I have used these guys twice, new HVAC in one house, then we moved, and had them install new HVAC in the new house. Both times, VERY professional, and great to work with. BEST price in town. I would HIGHLY recommend them. You know they are good when you call them, the phone rings, and they answer, Hello Connie! LOL!!! LOVE these guys.

I called pretty late in the day because my AC was acting funny. I was suprised to get an answer, thinking I would have to leave a voice message. I got an appointment for the next day! The man I spoke with was very nice and he also helped me find which breaker to flip to ensure I would be safe until they could check it out. Come the next day, Josh (I think was his name, I'm terrible with names) came out and was very thorough, polite, and respectful. He explained some of the things I was experiencing in a way that I could understand and didn't leave until he was sure everything was working properly. He also changed the air filter I've been bugging my husband about for weeks. All this at no cost. If I need anything else related to heating and cooling, these are the guys I'm calling. Thank you Welch heating and air conditioning. You guys rock.

Quicker response than any other HVAC company. Didn't try to over sell me on services I didn't need. Gouged r22 prices a bit, but I'm sure that's all HVAC companies at this point since it's at the end of its life span. I would definitely call again

Highly recommend for all your HVAC needs. As a property manager, needing prompt response is huge and they are at the property with in a few hours after call. They are effective, efficient and go above and beyond for their clients.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. NO CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMER. Terrible experience. Horribly unorganized. I had a reveresing fail. In April 2018 and they replaced it. That encounter went fine. Then in June 2019, the same part failed. Barely made it a year. They provided no warranty or discount and said it wad a faulty part. I asked to talk to their contact from the manufacturer so i could try to get some kind of warranty and they wouldnt give me their info. When they ordered the part they screwed it up 3 times and it took over a month to get the part. I went all of July without AC. Still no talk of discount due to their complete ineptitude. Finally got it fixed and they sent me the bill. It was $500 more than the exact same job a year ago. TERRIBLE!
