He seemed very knowledgeable and told us all of our options in a way we understood. Check out reviews from Renton and Seattle location. People said this was a scam and surely enough it was. They had me paid for the membership then never showed up. I got stood up 3 times. No call or anything. And when you call back, they’ll read you the same line of excuse. I only found out when I called them 4 different times and 3 times the script were the same. Please avoid!
