I would recommend them to anyone looking for heating and cooling service. They were very easy to work with, and they did a great job of explaining things clearly. They also came in under budget!

I called this business in hopes of getting my furnace cleaned, the receptionist told me that it was $52 to come out and look at the furnace and then they would give me a quote on how much it would cost. I asked her for a ballpark figure on the usual cost to clean a furnace, she told me I cannot give you that information over the phone. This leads me to believe that once they come out and I paid $52 I will feel committed to accept whatever quote they give me. I thought it was totally unprofessional and I've never had another business tell me that they cannot give me a ballpark figure. Therefore I chose a higher rated service in Covington who is going to do the whole thing four 139+ tax, and no travel fee!

Just left the house with a brand new unit. The salesman did not oversell. In fact put in a smaller unit as the original was too big. I liked his honesty. The crew was here on time, was courteous and explained all the work to be done. So far I am very satisfied. Chandler Heating and Cooling is the BEST and will hire AGAIN.

The office staff was extremely courteous, helpful and friendly, able to get us a technician within 24 hrs and the technician was also courteous and friendly and very helpful and able to fix the furnace very quickly.
