I had rodent damage on my heat pump. I got several estimates for my insurance company. Michael responded the most prompt of the others and worked directly with insurance to get the process rolling. Once the equipment was delivered, he worked literally non stop installing a new heat pump and air handler. They made the process very simple as a homeowner to get us taken care of. Can we give a 6 star rating?

Thank God for Sound Heating and Cooling!! They helped get our HVAC unit that decided to suddenly stop working up and operating quickly and efficiently during this Heatwave!! I was totally impressed with thier workmanship, trouble shooting ability, and enthusiasm to get the job done!! They came late the day I called, Michael was fast, helpful and very nice.

The electric furnace in a manufactured home that we rent out stopped working again. From prior repairs we knew that the system had a "weak point" in the disconnect/fuse holder that is not manufactured anymore. Since the previous repair a new, old-stock replacement was found and Sound H&C responded quickly to replace the disconnect and check out the system to assure that everything is working correctly. Another excellent response!
