I called Mark about the furnace not working around 6 pm on a Friday. He contacted back and made arrangements to schedule the repairs the next day. The repair was completed on Saturday as promised. Phase Heating & Air Conditioning came through big time when it was difficult to get responses from 3 other companies. Reasonable price and they got their specialist installing the new unit within 2 days. Very pleasant. I will definitely hire them again.
