    Our HVAC just stopped working at night and I could see the temperature gradually moving to lower 60s. Got Hani (Alpha) through AHS and they arrived promptly next day as promised. Hani explained what was wrong and what he has fixed. Was patient to answer all my questions, also shared some tips for regular upkeep and maintenance. It was his second visit to our place in last three years. Pretty thankful for quality of service.

    American home shield hired these people to fix furnace after i bought house. They replaced the sequencer. One of my elements were not turning on, so i inspected their fix. They attached one side of my 240vac heating element to the 24vdc terminal. This could have been very bad it the wrong thing touched this. Basically if someone was wiring the thermastate without killing furnace power they could have gotten 240ac. This is a small chance but bad none the less.

    I originally got connected with Hani after the first vendor from AHS abandoned their repair work on my furnace.

    Hani & his small team did a great job of correctly diagnosing the issue and the promptly fixing it. His prompt attention literally saved me from using a space heater in my home while waiting for repairs.

    I have since then discontinued AHS and now regularly connect directly with Hani for routine maintenance of our aging furnace. The best part I like is that he is quite available and prefers to attend to work sooner in an opportunistic manner instead of making you wait for an appointment.

    In the Google reviews written here, I urge the reader to separate Hani from AHS. The AHS is awful and they try to really delay / deny the work to be done. Hani & his team has been a good find for me and I now rely on them for regular HVAC work. Thanks.

    I would give 0 if it was an option. We had a window of time for a visit and they contacted us after the time frame by an hour saying they weren't able to make it. And then said we could do another several hour window in its place as if to make up for it.

    Hani from Alpha Heating literally saved our Thanksgiving this year. Our furnace suddenly decided to stop working the night before Thanksgiving! That night we slept wearing multiple layers under two blankets. Soon as we woke up, we started calling HVAC professionals on Google at 9:00 am on THANKSGIVING MORNING. People either didn't pick up or gave us appointments in December! By this time it's 50F inside our house and we are practically freezing, trying to keep our 4 year old warm. I found Hani's mobile phone on our neighborhood's Fbook group and gave it a try. He was so kind and responsive! He arrived at our place at 10:45 AM, diagnosed the issue in ~10 minutes and fixed everything in half an hour. Very nice and professional gentleman, literally saved our Thanksgiving. We gave thanks to Hani and Alpha Heating over the dinner that night!

    American Home Shield hired this company to service my broken furnace on 11/11/2020. The diagnostic was bad control board which was replaced by their company. Last week the furnace stopped working, AHS again contracted with Alpha to come out. This time they state no ground wire as the reason to why the circuit board was faulty. There was no recommendation on ground wire from 2020 which is a bit confusing, also this this furnace has been working for years prior with no issue. Why did you replace the control board in 2020 if it was due to no ground? If this was really the problem then we would have certainly addressed it. I left them a 1 star review because I felt they were rush to judgement and did not properly diagnose the problem. Then I was accused of installing an hvac without permit and made to feel guilted for leaving a review based on my opinion.

    Warranty company send them to our home because AC wasn't working properly but it was working at least which it isn't now after they "fixed." They came out on the hottest day of the year so far (an hour late ) said the radiator needed to be cleaned ($195) and that's why wasn't working to its full potential. I was on my lunch break so I left them to finish the work and gave each a bottle of wine to say thank-you. When I came home it was 87 degrees in my home and the AC would not even turn on! I called them and he said to flip the circuit breaker and see if that worked. Nope. He said he would come back after his next job. Then didn't answer my calls for the rest of the night. Called the next day and Hanni refused to come back to fix, said it was working when he left and he had a full day of appointments, and he didn't want to upset his customers. Aren"t we his customers too? Had a bunch of excuses and refused to take responsibility, and didn't care that the AC wasnt working. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and treated his customers horribly. Do not use if you want a working AC !

    This company never showed up from a work order, customer service is down right terrible. Stay away.
