    I spent the morning yesterday calling around for quotes for a motor for my furnace and came across All HI-Tech. The moment that Faiscal answered the phone he was very kind and helpful. He gave me a great price and offered to fix my furnace that same evening. I couldn't pass up his offer. Not only was he on time, he kept the work area clean and was friendly. Also taught me some very helpful information about my furnace. I highly recommend him and his company. I will be a customer for life.

    Absolutely the worst. My furnace is out. Call them. The schedule a tech to come out next day between 9AM and noon. After noon I call them and someone unprofessional answers. I say there was a technician that was supposed to be out today by noon. No one is here. She says um yeah....
    After about a minute of complete silence I say so that was a question, like where is the tech that was suppose to text me before they showed up. She says well honestly we have an emergency and they can't come. When someone starts a sentence with "well Honestely" it's clear that honesty is not normally what they deliver. They had my #. They could have called, they could have texted me. They did neither and the representative had the professionalism of a 3rd grader. Do NOT use these jokers!

    I had a someone else to come and do the furnace cleaning in the past I wasn’t very impressed with they work. Then I called All hi Tech Heating, they did an excellent job tuning my furnace. They cleaned it well and serviced all the parts need servicing. They took their time doing so. They are honest group of people. I highly recommend them.

    I'd been having and intermittent problem with my furnace not coming on when it should. I had a guy from a different company out to look at the problem. He charged me for the visit but didn't know how to fix the issue.

    When I described the problem to Faisal from All Hi-Tech he immediately knew it was my pressure switch and got me the part right away. My furnace it now running perfectly again. He saved me time, money (probably $200+ for installation), and the uncertainly for calling someone else who may or may not have known what they are doing.

    Finally it's just great to talk to experts who know their stuff! These guys are pros. It you have a problem, call them.

    Weekend call; furnace wasn't working. They came promptly and it was a simple, yet not obvious battery problem with thermostat. They gave us a substantial break on the price which was very nice of them to do. Very friendly, well call them again for our next servicing.

    These people are amazing. I called for a repair toward the end of the day. It could not be scheduled the same day as the tech was busy already, so Kim got all deteals about my issue, called her technician and they suggested ways I may be able to fix the problem myself. It worked and they even followed up to see if I still needed help. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PEOPLE. THANK YOU

    Great service and customer experience. Tech was on time, professional and knowledgeable - answered all my questions. Amazingly he was data driven - used wireless gadgets to measure and adjust air, temperature etc. Left the space clean. Overall great experience. I will use them again for sure.

    I sent pictures of my furnace days before the cleaning appointment, but on the day of my appointment, the technician was late and then I was told that he doesn't have the right equipment. What have you guys being doing before? Was it that hard to take an actual look of the pictures before my appointment? Waste of time.
