Terrible that this company Doesn't value their customers that have been loyal to them for more than 5 years. Now that the pandemic hit all they care about is their money, no value for customers. We were their great customers when they had their payment on time, But now that we are going through a hardship moment because most restaurants are they decide that we are not that great anymore!! I would never recommend this ungrateful company to anyone, again.

We have dealt with this Commercial Refrigeration Company for over 25 years. Most recently we needed a part for our Ice machine and found the part was in stock and ready for pickup. The parts employee was very helpful in explaining the operation or the new part as well as come cleaning techniques we had not considered.

Can't say enough good things about this group of folks. Never a bad experience, always friendly, and very responsive. If they don't know off the bat, they'll find an answer and get back with you. Highly recommend!

I purchased an hoshizaki ice machine from them. Had a great experience. Will be back in the future if I ever need another machine or parts

For licensed hvac/r contractors this is where to go for refrigeration equipment. Seem to always have what we need.
