I called Paul’s establishment on 4-10-19 to get an estimate on replacing my thermostat. The technician that showed up was Sean. Sean was very professional and knowledgeable about his job and I ended up replacing my entire system based on his recommendation. The system was more than 20 years old and it needed to be replaced but Sean’s professionalism and attention to detail made me spend my money with this company. The price was really fair for the work that was preformed. I met Paul the day of the install and he was also very professional and very knowledgeable. After they completed the install they cleaned up everything and wore foot protectors so my wood floors wouldn’t get dirty. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. I absolutely recommend Paul's Heating & Air Conditioning. As a Realtor I've worked with him for at least 5 years for jobs big and small, for clients and I use them myself. I've found them to be on time, very fairly priced, and honest. If it's an easy fix, they don't make up extra repairs to line their pocket. They are real straight shooters and super polite. And, yes... as another reviewer said, they wear booties before coming in. :) I recommend them highly!

Barry was very experienced and had the issued resolved within an hour. He is also great in educating the customer ,which I feel all professionals should adopt this practice. It was also reasonably priced. Give them a call. I highly recommend them. Update: Used their service again for some maintenance and upkeep. Sean did a fantastic job! Still five stars!

I was very pleased with the service. My heat stop working and they were able to come out the same day to fix it. Barry was very polite, professional and thorough with his work. He explained what was wrong and got it done in a short amount time. The price was reasonable. I would use their service again.

PAUL'S is extremely professional and great customer service. Our air conditioner motor went out. They were able to be here the following morning, calling before they arrived. Found issue, got the parts and was fixed the following day, per my request.

We called Paul's Heating & Air Conditioning to have duct work repair done. They came out the next day and did the repairs. The technician was prompt, polite and professional. The price was affordable. I will use this company for all future HVAC needs.

HVAC system stopped working, called them that morning they had someone out within a few hours. Very professional and quick. Wore covers over his shoes to not get the house dirty. Would recommend. They were also very affordable as well. Called a few places for the same issue "Disconnect System" was dead and they had the best price.

They showed up when they said they would and repaired the gas heater in under an hour. The repair was not difficult once identified (a blocked pressure sensor turned the burner off). They ran an electrical test over the sensor and confirmed the issue. They cleared the sensor and it worked perfectly. They informed me of the work and cost before completing it. Reasonably priced. They even put booties on their feet when they come into your home when the weather is poor outside so as not to ruin your carpeting. Highly recommended.
