Mike deserves 5 stars. I've had Mike work on HVAC issues with ancient units in two residences since the late '90s, and I truly believe he has integrity and knows his stuff. Very professional. Definitely could have taken advantage selling me newer units, and I would have gone for it, but he'd replace a part or clean it up for extremely reasonable prices. I recommend him to anyone I hear needs HVAC help. AND the one star review person: Mike wasn't praising himself. He was just getting info out about very reasonably-priced units which is a 5 star issue to us all.

If this company tricked you into thinking your warranty is voided because you worked on your unit, please know they're in violation of the magnus morrison act.
They installed a faulty unit and I called to get it fixed the women that answered the phone was SUPER unprofessional told me to watch my language even thought i was completely professional.. This business is being reported to several other agency for violation of freedom of speech and neglecting to properly install units. Please do not trust this company.

We have been using this company for several years now. They have always been very responsive and professional. We had a new system installed earlier this year and couldn’t be more pleased. The workmanship is excellent and prices are reasonable.

I've used this company for many years. Always prompt, always professional, and always reasonable in its pricing. They have fixed big problems, and will tell you when it is a small problem, and charge accordingly.

This guy refuses to work on your HVAC if you require him to wear a mask in your home; despite the risk from COVID-19. An HVAC guy who doesn't believe in respiratory protection measures probably shouldn't be in your home in the first place.

Very unprofessional and rude, just read other review were the owner came at a customer in a very rude way. I guess "the customer is always right" doesn't apply here.

Horrific customer service.
