Fusion Heating, Air Conditioning & Insulation

I will FOREVER use Fusion Heating & Air! Ben and Shawn have out worked other companies I have used before. Not only did Ben come out the next day, he provided suggestions & provided quotes for each individual job. Their work ethic, quality of work & customer service has been outstanding and I am so grateful for all they have done. Great guys, offering great service and piece of mind! I am a forever customer!

Met with Sean the Fusion Operations Manager at my home, he developed their proposal during our meeting, and I agreed to contract installation of a new package unit (natural gas furnace and air conditioning) and a tankless domestic hot water system.

The crew (Chris, Tim, and Sean) arrived on Monday 2/20/2023 as arranged. They removed the old oil-fired boiler and air conditioning system, delivered the new "gas pack" and water heater. Installation completed today 2/22/2023, everything tested correctly: furnace, AC, and hot water.

During installation they listened to my concerns and addressed the issues without contention. I enjoyed working with them and highly recommend their work.

Fusion and their service technician Vincent are Amazing!!! So happy to be customers with this great company. The tune up that Vincent did for our unit Friday was top notch he made sure everything was thoroughly done to keep our unit that Fusion installed continues to work perfectly!!! I was very pleased with the work that was done to install new ducting, registers, and an AC unit in my home. The team arrived every day on time and made it a priority to protect my home from their work with drop cloths and care while moving through the house. At the end of every day they cleaned up thoroughly and my home felt like it was ours for the night, not a work site. The initial quote and system layout was spot on, works great, and is a definite improvement over the existing in floor register system. Thank you again for the great work!

We had our ducts completely replaced in our crawl space, and a mini split AC installed in a bedroom. Fusion communicated well throughout the process, keeping us updated on the progress. They supplied us with portable heaters when we did not have central heat for weeks. We would highly recommend working with this company. We also had our pool opened by their pool division and will continue to use them. Thank you Fusion!

My AC froze up. I called Fusion at 8 am. They sent Vincent at 10. I needed a new unit. CT, Zach, Tim and Shawn installed it today. I am very happy with all of them and would recommend Fusion to anyone needing service or an install

Please accept my appreciation for the preventive maintenance performed on my Mitsubishi mini-split A/C system. The Service Technician, Mr. Jose Morales, was both knowledgeable and professional. I will use Fusion Heating & Air Conditioning again and highly recommend this company to anyone requiring service on their Mitsubishi mini-split air-conditioning system.

Had the mini splits installed. Tim, CT, and Shawn did a great job at installing them, were super professional, and over did a fantastic job over the course of the installation. I am very pleased with how it all went and my new mini splits are doing a great job.

The office was friendly and were able to accommodate a same day service call. However, the technician (Vincent) was incredibly rude and patronizing from the moment he got out of the van. I did mess up the address - that’s on me but still after the technicians attitude I was completely turned off and cancelled the service call. I can’t speak to their services but it wasn’t a good showing.

Fusion had to come in and replace our commercial HVAC, they were very professional and took care of everything in a timely manner. Got us taken care of during one of the coldest weeks in the recent past!

Edited to add: I liked the service and quality of work from Fusion so much that I had them come clean my home system. The tech was fantastic and I will be signing up for their maintenance plan. Fusion works closely with Dominion to help homeowners use electricity more efficiently. The initial cleaning was FREE and they have LED replacement bulbs provided at no cost through this program. I will recommend them any day of the week.
