Please read speed limit signs & not weave in & out of traffic. Whoever this driver is was riding the end of our car, mind you we were already going 10mph over the speed limit (to avoid him!!!) but once behind us turned his brights on…. during the day, indicating we were going too slow to his liking. Very aggressive driver, & if you didn't go the speed he liked then he made sure you knew it. The speeding was very very reckless. Something needs to be said & done before he hurts a family.
( edit: the vehicle also said ‘todd’ under the driver window, im not sure if thats him or not, but im sure Todd would drive the vehicle with the sticker that says ‘Todd’)

Bay Mechanical replace a gas leak value on my furnace and did a great job. I want to say the guys name was Marty but not 100% sure but nonetheless would use again! Satisfied customer!

Bay Mechanical also fixed a recent issue with my garbage disposal on a separate call. This time the gentleman's name was Rhett Reynolds. Very nice respectful man who replaced a leaking disposal under the kitchen sink. Rhett just like Marty did the work in a timely and professional manner. Very appreciative of this company and they guys I have met thus far doing business. Thank you!

Rhett is a wonder with the plumbing side of this company (Charlotte, NC)!!!!!

Bay Mechanical was the third plumbing company sent out on a warranty call because the other two company technicians could not determine why the water was not hot for showers, etc. Rhett performed the kind of service call that we all want. He was very thorough, conducting trouble shooting throughout the home, not just where the water heaters were located. He demonstrated a level of critical thinking that I had not seen with the other two technicians.

It turned out that the issue was caused by us, in the garage. He explained the issue and why it was causing the issue throughout the rest of the home. I don't know about the rest of this company and their level of service, but if I ever have another plumbing issue, I will call on this gentleman.

Please...give this guy a raise!!

If you have an emergency or need service, CALL SOMEONE ELSE! I put in a call via my home warranty service because my central air went out in the middle of a hot NC summer. Called the company to follow up after not receiving an initial call back and was told that I should hear back from the technician within the hour. Nothing. Another hour, nothing. Called the "24 hour, on-call" service who claimed surprised they couldn't find the tech and didn't know why he wasn't returning their call. HUH?!?! How does an employee not return a call and you are powerless?! 48 hours and five calls later, still nothing. I've moved on. Don't bother with this incompetent, irresponsible service.

Bay Mechanical is the only company I trust to work on our large equipment or install new equipment at our large property. We have used other companies in the past that have taken every shortcut possible at install and charged extra for everything only to cause immediate issues. I call Bay Mechanical to fix the issues that other companies have caused. They are responsive, honest, and very experienced and the only one I can trust to do the work correctly and efficiently the first time.

Very unhappy and disappointed with the service, advice and support from Bay Mechanical. They installed a new heat pump system and came back for "service" FIVE times and it still doesn't work properly. I gave up on them and hired someone new to FIX their problems only to find out that they NEVER had their work permitted so now no-one else will touch it. Still trying to get them to permit the work so I can be done with Bay. I would stay far away.

I have never seen anyone in my life with says and experience this company sent out an employee done start my sink in the kitchen which was no water at the time “ this man look like he was lost before he even got to my door. I had to go outside and get him and then when he came in was the problem he ask? The sink is stopped up well he replied he just looked at it left out the door when else I looked around at the top of the sky at the roof of the house got back in the truck and took off and told my company American Home Shield that he was on able to fix this problem then on to work that’s on the roof top. Now I am experience The first thing a plumber to do when they come to your house regardless of what you say just to turn on the water you see the cloggage he did not do that the second day in the plumber would do is put a snake down the pipe to try to unclog it American Home Shield says they hire only the best and professional people well this doesn’t speak a lot for that company I pay all this money every year for the company not to give me a voice when I call him is that he did nothing they are only interested in what the technician says regardless that you are paying their salary and telling me that it was second opinion is done I will have to pay for that as well home warranties bad rap bad service.There in Charlotte North Carolina

From what I've seen and heard from friends neighbors and businesses , I think this is now a questionable enterprise,imo, shady business ties as well. As always buyer beware !

Big ripoff. They quoted 110 bucks to replace a couple of dielectic unions. That cost 6 bucks a piece. I can go on and on. Stay away
