Called and spoke to Kat last week and made an appointment on Friday. Friday came and Ray Called me and told me he is the owner. He said the inspector in my house was wrong about what was code on new business versus grandfathered in. He told me not to waste my time or money by having him come out and look at my water heater. Also said he would provide a letter stating what was grandfathered in versus what is new construction. Now I get a call from Kat saying he told her today that he can't write the letter unless he sees the water heater. I understand that and that's why I made the appointment in the first place. What he should've said instead of wasting a half hour of my time on a phone call that was a bunch of baloney is he didn't want to come out on Friday as he was either too busy or didn't feel like working or whatever his reason was and reschedule the appointment instead of falsifying information. My time is valuable and wasting it on a business that doesn't care about his customers is unacceptable. I will forward this to all the realtors out there that are recommending this young man and let them know who they are recommending and the professionalism of this business.

If u don't buy their products they will not install,help you...what a joke! Because I didn't buy my water heater from them they won't install it...its brand new in packaging..

Never received a call back. I was told, they were behind and they would call me in two weeks. I call back , and they told me that, I had to wait another 3 weeks. Time wasted !
