So happy to have found Hynes HVAC. Our AC wasn’t working properly on a blazing hot Saturday evening. Most HVAC companies were listed as closed until Monday morning. I called 2 companies listed as 24 hours, but got no answer. I called Hynes HVAC next and Mike answered immediately and set up an appointment for 8am on Sunday morning. We were so impressed with his work that we also signed up for a 2 year service plan. I would recommend Hynes HVAC to everyone, family and friends included.

Technicians were great, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful!

We had a malfunction in our heat pump and our AC went out. It was 90 some degrees outside and very humid. I called around to different places on a Friday and everyone was booked till the following Monday. There loss!! My wife found and spoke with Mike Hynes and he said he could send out someone Saturday morning. Which he did. It was a 10-12pm appointment and he showed at 11am. The gentleman that he sent was very polite, knowledgeable and he fixed our heat pump. I didn't have to ask him to put on boot covers when he came inside. We are very appreciative of Mike Hynes and his team. Thank you for fixing our AC. We look forward to doing business with you in the future and reccomend Hynes HVAC to anyone.

HVAC stopped working. Called Hynes on Friday. They sent out a tech that day but couldn't give me a quote that day. They said they'd email it the next day. The next day...silence. We called and they said it takes 24 hours to get a quote. 24 hours later, still nothing. We called again and they said it could take up to 48-72 hours to get a quote. It has been 72 hours now and no email, no quote, no part ordered, just silence. I understand things take time but 72 hours for a quote?

Meanwhile, we went with a competitor who did an inspection, got us a quote, ordered the part, and installed it within 7 hours. Not only that but they were in constant communication with me, unlike Hynes. I cannot recommend them unless you like being ignored. Cost them a sizeable sale that their competitors were more than happy to take.

Great HVAC company, I had the system inspected and he even noticed some of the issues that came of the original installation. All said and done, he's got the unit working like new again and it's running better than ever! To top it off he even helped me replace some flood lights in the front of our house (since I didn't have a tall enough ladder readily available). Highly recommend this company to anyone especially veterans (he offers a veterans and even serviceman's discount).

Mike is an amazing service person and owner of a reputable HVAC company. It is so refreshing to have someone come so fast, and get things right. But he also educates you and is not about overselling. But does provide information you need on products that can assist you. In addition (for us anyway) he was well versed in the nest thermostats - something we are very unfamiliar with. Such thorough and quality work overall. Deserves 10 starts. Everyone should use this company for their HVAC needs! Monique K.

Technician Daniel was amazing!!! He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable! He had my AC up and back running in no time. I had a blown capacitor that he was able to replace on the spot. Will use again!!!!

Mike and his crew have replaced two AC units that were past the end of their life cycle when we bought our home last March. The main unit in the house gave up on the hottest weekend of 2019. They installed it the next day in a drizzling rain, having to walk 50 feet around the house, outdoors across the lawn with all the equipment coming in, and all the old equipment going out. It only took half a day without a single footprint left inside the house. Most amazingly, they didn't leave a rutted pathway in the lawn, either.

Our second unit replacement was this summer, and it was an odd configuration with an HVAC unit installed sideways in a small, sharply angled cubby to cool the finished attic, with the outdoor unit one floor below. This time the special challenge was a set of pulldown attic stairs, since the spiral staircase isn't large enough to accommodate anything bigger than a medium U-haul box.

Again, despite the challenges, it only took half a day and they did a great job. Mike stands behind his workmanship and warranties, and showed up in person, without charge, to help us out with issues that most companies would have charged at least a service fee to fix.

Hynes HVAC gets our highest recommendation. If you want someone trustworthy, professional, prompt, and honestly one of the nicest guys we've ever met, call Mike.
