Carlos Yanes from Northern Virginia Air Conditioning performed an excellent evaluation, servicing, and cleaning of my client's HVAC system today at a condo building in Arlington, Virginia. We have been using this company for more 15 years. Always prompt and courteous. They always show in the given time windows. Staff explains things well during their regular six-month service contract inspections and gives fair pricing for needed repairs. We worked with Jeremiah today who did the inspection of our two units, fixed a few minor issues under our service contract, and flagged an issue that would need attention in next year or so. He explained the issue clearly, outlined the options and the risk involved in delay, and was able to install the new part on this visit, since supplies were on the truck. Jeremiah is a solid professional as are everyone that we have worked with at NVAC.

I just had my first experience as a true homeowner and had an issue with my AC. Nguyen came to my condo and was very honest about not being familiar with the system but did an in depth look into everything he could. Then Tonya took the time to try to find the part I needed and communicated everything. I really appreciate the amazing customer service throughout the entire experience. Tonya is very professional and these days that is hard to find.

Eric came out to check my unit. In the process he discovered a serious electrical issue. He took the time to identify the issue, explain what what happening and tell me what my next steps should be. He was polite, patient and helpful. I've been using this company for the last 3 years to maintain my HVAC system and I've always had good experiences. I will say Eric's customer service goes above and beyond though.

Chris came to do my seasonal AC checks. He was fantastic. He walked me though everything he was checking and why. He didn't recommend any specific repairs, but told me to watch a couple of things that might be indicators of problems down the line. I feel I'm a far better educated homeowner after his visit. Top notch service.

These guys do great work and value their customers. The owner, George, consistently answered my questions and drew-up and re-drew-up estimates a few times so we could find the best fitting equipment at our budget. He also recognized the need for a simple and relatively cheap fix of adding a return that changed the climate of one room we thought was previously inhospitable during the summer. He carries quality equipment and has good, courteous employees.

My wife and I woke up on the day after Christmas to our home's temperature reflecting 50 degrees. We fortunately were referred by our contractor to Northern Virginia Air Conditioning who came out that same day. The HVAC technician (Eric) quickly diagnosed the issue and explained each step as he fixed the issue. I would highly recommend this company.

Many thanks to James for his knowledge and expertise and his team (Bob & Josh) for a major repair to our HVAC and giving us "cold" air again. Hot attics are a challenge with the current weather. We have had a contract for service with them for 18 years because they are reliable.

The Company is very responsive to our Air conditioning needs. The techs were fantastic exceeding our expectations. Once again they proved to us why we have been a customer for over 25 years.

All of our needs as customers (since 2011) have been met with an excellent (5-star) quality of service that continually exceeds expectations! NVAC offers outstanding technicians in the field (Chuck and James are extremely competent & knowledgeable.) Customer care from the office is exemplary ( Tonya takes all calls & promptly meets the needs of customers and George makes himself available to resolve more complex problems such as warranty issues, etc.) We will continue to recommend NVAC to friends, neighbors and family members.
