Got home today and my ac was not working. Figured out what was wrong and called Trible's to get the part. It was close to closing time for them and I knew I wouldn't be able to make it there before they closed. They accommodated me and allowed me to pick the part up after they closed. These guys are awesome! I highly recommend Trible's. Thanks again.

Very nice and helpful. Will be back when I need something else. I actually got the part and didn't have to wait for them to order.

Second time here and both times they had all I needed. Got HVAC parts today and the guy even opened the doors 15 minutes early since I was in the lot waiting for 8:30. Nice to have a place still sell to retail customers who are DIYers.

The guys are really great people, they went out of there way to help me find the numbers on the stove so i could have the oven to fix Thanksgiving Dinner for my grandchildren, family and friends,.In this day and age where most people just treat you like you are a number, these men not only were helpful on the phone but also set the part aside for me so when i drive the 40 minutes to get it the part was waiting there for me .Thanks you for all your help . A very thankful Grandmother

Needed heating element for the stove. I called and made sure had one and they brought it out to my car as soon as I arrived. Great customer service even during this time.

internet buyer that has come home.you want it today the only way is local.and i didn't have to pay high shipping just to get it tomorrow.these guys also made sure i got the right parts as my washer is about 20.awesome experience and i will do it again

Nice and knowledgeable folks. Pleasure to do business with... and they didn't tell me I needed a HVAC Contractor's license to buy a contactor like another local business in Roanoke did today.

If Trible's doesn't have or cant' get the appliance part you are looking for it probably doesn't exist.

F'd-up "Parts Return Policy". One little scratch on the receptor as if it was used. They were incorrect......I will never recommend this local vendor. Better off with Home Depot or Lowes!

Appliance broke? This is the place to go. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. I go here regularly and has always been a great experience.
