Virginia Climate

First let me start by saying over the years we have used many of the different HVAC businesses around Richmond and never have we received this level of honest, timely and professional service. We added a large addition to our home earlier this year and used Virginia Climate to put in a new whole home system. Due to the nature of home renovations it became necessary for Virginia Climate to come back several times to move ducts, etc. which was always completed in a very timely manner with very little to no impact to the renovations or our day to day lives. We are so pleased with the new, much more efficient system and would highly recommend Virginia Climate to anyone who asks.

My hot water stopped working overnight. When I discovered the issue, I called Virginia Climate within a few hours they were at the house, fixed the issue temporarily and planned a long term fix a few days later.

I Went online at home Advisory and they gave me their name they called me to set up an appointment for them to come out and look at my HVAC system so I can get a replacement price and they said they'd send me a quote the next day I didn't receive one so I called numerous times on different days the whole week and no one answered the phone or returned my calls . If they are like this now I just can imagine how they would be once I call to get service or report a problem.

George came and met us at the house built in 1808 that has a complicated HVAC system to say the least. We knew right away that he knew what he was doing as he checked over everything. So nice and knowledgeable. Katie in the office set up our follow up appointment with and 2 men came and replaced the compressor and outside unit on a Saturday. They were so nice, efficient and nice and neat. They hauled away all the old parts without being asked and installed everything perfectly. The system is amazing! Thank you all!

I cannot say how much Virginia Climate stepped up for my clients on a last minute Air Conditioning issue in the heat of August. They were on the job within an hour of the call and got the AC up and running quickly. Tech was responsive and called ahead to get feedback on the symptoms. Excellent service and pricing.

We recently had to replace the boiler in our basement. Va. Climate was quick to respond to our call and extremely knowledgable on our system and our options. The process required not only replacing the unit, but converting from oil to gas. We live in the city in an older home and were impressed with the refreshingly competent and professional service extended to us by their admin, management and service teams.
