Nuckols Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

Although I have not hired Nuckols Plumbing & Gas, LLC for any plumbing services at our residence in the Museum District, their responsiveness and methods of helping homeowners with their plumbing improvements is of great value. They go the extra effort to provide you with a detailed plumbing proposal, which is appreciated for owners that are not that knowledgeable. They should be on your plumber's list of quality firms to ask for a proposal for any kind of plumbing improvements.

For the second time in 6 months we found ourselves in need of a plumber (2 different issues). As with the first time, they were out within an hour, the guys were great! They fixed the problem, explained the issue and cleaned up behind themselves. I highly recommend Nuckols Plumbing!

I felt totally supported by both Bill and Adam with Nuckols Plumbing who’ve helped me with a water heater problem. They couldn’t have been nicer or worked to resolve the problem in a more responsive and professional manner. I’ll be using them for any plumbing issues in the future.

Great communication and super knowledgeable tech. Took his time to get to the heart of what needed to be done on a new home we purchased. Repaired both the tankless hot water heater and the fireplace insert for a very reasonable price.

Nuckols Plumbing has helped us with numerous plumbing projects. As small as unclogging a drain that I worked on for days to installing a new main water line for the house. Great team and always responsive.

NUCKOLS Plumbing & Gas came recommended to me to install my MOENFLO home water leak detection system.
Like anyone , I was a little nervous and apprehensive about what to expect with a stranger coming to my house to do some plumbing work.
Those fears were totally unwarranted the minute I opened the door and met Adam Julien their plumber .
Let me back up and say that I don’t usually leave reviews , I’m a busy person and everybody wants a review these days , however , in this case, I’m definitely going to make an exception because I feel like NUCKOLS PLUMBING & GAS was exceptionally excellent.
First off they communicated with me every step of the way. Confirmed my appointment, the time frame window , and let me know when the technician was on the way. it was very refreshing.

Comcast could learn from these people about communication and actually showing up in a 2 hour window .

Adam came to the door with a mask on, he stated what he was doing, I showed him the location and he took it from there.
He got done a lot quicker than I anticipated and came up from the cellar to take me a tour of the app when he was done.
He answered all my questions thoroughly and even the “stupid ones “ I asked , he didn’t mind at all. He knew his stuff.
He showed me the work he had done and it was EXCELLENT , he cleaned up after himself and I couldn’t have been more pleased.
I will definitely be putting Nuckols Plumbing & Gas in my favorites phone list ... I hope I dont have to use them and my plumbing continues to work well... If something does happen however , I Will not hesitate to call them again and use them.
I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
I cannot say enough good things about them and they are one of the exceptional companies out here .

They are fantastic. Installed all the plumbing in our in-law addition and have responded quickly to a couple of questions we had about the new water heating system. They always put on booties over their shoes before coming into the house.

The workmanship was superb, Adam and Rob were polite, always on time, friendly, careful with my mother's home in using booties and plastic sheeting. Shon with whom I spoke initially was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The job was unbelievably low priced. I will use them in the future for any heating or plumbing needs and highly recommend them to any and all! Thank you guys!!

Outstanding. The repairman identified and resolved the plumbing problem in no time. And at a cost that I could handle. (Quite unlike the actions or estimates of two plumbers I called before I found Nuckols.) Thanks, Nuckols Plumbing & Gas. You saved my sanity (and money).

Although I experienced an initial communication glitch, possibly due to pandemic, they made up for it after my second attempt. They ordered, installed new, and removed old toilet, moved fridge, fixed ice-maker, and leak in sink faucet in record time. Masked, polite, efficient, & thoughtful of my questions and space.
