Nuckols is a top-tier professional small business that I am thankful exists in this area. We bought our home a year ago and prior owners had a competitor install a Carrier Infinity System as well as a 2nd lower tier Carrier system back in 2018. Started having issues w/ the upstairs unit (Thermal lockout code) and later the downstairs unit. The two technicians that came to my house were simply awesome. On time, polite, wore shoe covers in house, explained to me exactly what was going on, and even fixed a setting on one of the systems down in my crawl space that enabled the unit to run w/ lower air flow more efficiently. I was so impressed with the service and results that I setup an annual maintenance program w/ them. A+ all around.

We paid this company over $1,000 for diagnostics and visits over a period of several months, and they were unable to address our issue. We eventually chose to work with another company that immediately identified the problem. When I reached out to Nuckols about the work they had done with no solution, their response was snarky and unprofessional. "It's our opinion against theirs" is a summary of their response. Well your opinion cost over 1k and didn't fix anything, but sure maybe it's all subjective. If you want to waste money and time, I highly recommend Nuckols Plumbing.

I live in California but I'm handling an estate in Virginia. I had a highly unusual problem and needed a plumber in Virginia to help. I called Nuckols and explained. I asked for an unorthodox service expecting them to shy away. THEY DIDN'T! In fact, they rolled up their sleeves, jumped right in, and solved my problem within a few hours of me calling the. I expected to be billed an unusual price for an unusual job and was shocked and how extremely fair the bill was. Amazing customer service, awesome response, great company!! Thank you guys!

The service was great all around. Knew there was a leak somewhere and the repairmen came out assessed, found the leak and went to work. Ken not only was kind, he was professional, laser focused and got the job done. Moreover, Lucy, who scheduled was pleasant and attentive to my plight. Would recommend them again and again.

Nuckols Plumbing assisted in installing our whole house generator. They were excellent to work with, very professional, timely, and because of this we used them again on a project inside the house. I would use them again for any problems we have. Just an overall great company with very nice employees.

Van and Ryan came out to resolve our main line blockage. They were on-time, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Cleared the problem, gave us some advice and information about the clog, and checked everything before they left to ensure that we would not have a problem later.
