Used Nuckols for an HVAC repair at my house. They were able to get to us quickly, felt they properly diagnosed the issue - no guess work and took the time to answer my questions. I thought the price was fair. Professionalism was top notch. I have no issue recommending them and would use them again.

Their emergency services are amazing as well; there was concern for a burst pipe during a recent ice storm and the on-call plumber made his way over within an hour of our call to investigate the situation thoroughly.

In addition, we have always appreciated their advice and honest opinion about any repairs or the state of our equipment, in addition to taking the time to actually teach us what they are doing! Even more, their pricing has always been fair and reasonable, and as a new homeowner, we never felt like we were being taken advantage of.

Our 37 year old outdoor hose bib completely failed. I called Nuckols Plumbing and they came out the next afternoon. Replaced the hose bib and fixed a problem we had with our laundry room sink too. Courteous, amiable, efficient and very competent. Would definitely recommend!

David and Daniel came out to repair my heat pump unit. They were so professional, friendly and efficient. They had me up and running in no time and the fee was very reasonable. You really need to add HVAC to your services or people will not look to you for that and will really miss out. After having a water leak emergency March 2021 I quickly scoured Google reviews to locate a plumber. As many are aware, honest and reliable isn't easy to find when it comes to anything related to home repairs. After reading many 5-star reviews I decided to take a chance with Nuckols Plumbing and I am so happy I did! I left a message on a Saturday morning and received a call back from the OWNER! WOW!!! I was blown away. He returned my call within the hour. He offered to send someone out ASAP or since the water leak was not active due to our water being shut off, I could wait until Monday morning to save a few $$ and he would have a crew out first thing. As promised, I received a call first thing Monday morning and was advised that our technician, Tank was on his way. I also received a text with the exact GPS location showing his expected arrival. Tank is a awesome! He is very professional and honest. He advised us of our exact issue and even documented with photos. The photos were very helpful for our insurance claim. He repaired our issue and we had water back within a few hours. After our leak and superior experience we decided to have Nuckols perform our annual plumbing inspections. We had Tank come back out October 2021 to do a full pre-winter inspection. I cannot recommend Nuckols Plumbing enough!!! Chris Nuckols is a super nice and helpful guy and I will definitely use his services in the future. He went above and beyond in checking out my gas line for gas logs and he also checked out my hot water tank while he was under the house and gave me advice on preventing frozen pipes/outdoor spigots. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and I would highly recommend this company.

I have asked Nuckols Plumbing to help with some issues, and the level of service they provided was high. An efficient and customer oriented front desk, technician arriving on time, the reasonable time frame (2 hrs). Plumbing Technician (Ken, and sorry if we misspelled the name) did an excellent job. He is truly professional - knowledgeable, polite, tidy, willing to respond to all related questions.

We recently move to Richmond and needed a plumber. Our house only has 1 bathroom and the toilet was "clogged". I called Nuckols plumbing in a state of desperation. I was hoping they could come to my house immediately. Chris told me they were booked up for the day but he would do his best to get his guys over to our house. He went above and beyond. A crew was at our hours within 1 hour. They were efficient, pleasant and professional even stopping to play with my dog. We discovered roots had grown into the piping. They were able to fix the toilet temporarily so the house remained habitable until a larger fix could happen. The pricing was great and they were fantastic.
