Water heater installation in attic. Same day response! Both technicians - Patrick Pilk and Mr Handlebar Mustache (sorry about my memory on names) worked tirelessly most of the afternoon installing a replacement water heater in my elderly mother's old house's attic. They are problem solvers, professional, and easy to work with. Great job guys!

I've used multiple times over the years for electrical work and have always been exceptionally pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism and quality of work. That was the reason I reached out to them when I saw they added plumbing to the list of available services when I had a plumbing need. I used the online appointment option to make an appointment. I took time off work for the scheduled visit, but no on showed up, called or responded at the scheduled time. When I tried to reach the office by phone there was still no response. After leaving a message on voice-mail I still have not heard back a week later.

First and foremost, I liked the fact that he came in and took his shoes off without me having to ask! He’s showing respect. I also appreciate him answering my questions and concerns because I did have a few! He had no problem explaining in further detail if I didn’t understand. Everything that I needed was supplied in a timely manner. They A1 in my book!
