What I have to say about Climate Solutions LLC is OH MY GOD - THEY ROCK.

We knew that our existing AC unit was on its last leg and has been for quite a while. On Monday (Memorial Day) it finally crapped the bed. I called Climate Solutions first thing Tuesday morning. They had mechanics, Tyler and Charlie, at the house that afternoon. Tyler told me that there was no need to put any more money in the existing unit, which I already knew. So now I was thinking we would be without AC for weeks, nope, here we are 2 days later and we are sitting in our living room enjoying our delightfully cool air from our new Trane AC unit.

They have been amazing through every step of the process. I would recommend them to anyone. I wish they did all types of house repairs because I would hire them again.

We have finally found our go-to HVAC team! We called yesterday late afternoon about a leaky unit, and Josh was here today before 9am fixing it for us! Incredibly professional, prompt, and very fair pricing. 10/10 recommend!

Climate solutions helped me get my AC up and running when it failed last summer. The system was almost 20 years old, but as it turns out, one small part has failed and the climate solutions team was able to get my system up and running again in no time and without costing me a ton! When I called late one afternoon, the owner of the company visited my home personally to check it out and the tech return the next morning with the parts to fix it. He followed up with me to make sure everything was good to go. Definitely will turn to these pro’s when it’s time to replace the system (fingers crossed I still get a few more good years out of it!)

Josh was very thorough and patient in explaining and pricing out our AC replacement options. He helped us take advantage of rebate and tax credit options. The installation crew did a great job and everything went smoothly.

Unexpected but greatly appreciated. This company is a perfect example of an ethical and honest operation that cares.

From start to finish the process with Climate Solutions was easy and stress free. I live in a row house in Church Hill, so my outdoor units are on the roof and the upstairs unit is in a VERY small attic space accessible by an even smaller access point. It was a difficult job to say the least, but they worked extra hard, and extra hours to get the job done. The owner Josh was excellent to work with. He provided excellent professional advice and worked hard to get me a great price. His communication throughout was superb. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know who has HVAC needs.
