CROOKS!! - Totally dishonest. STAY AWAY

They shorted power/ground on my heat pump and blew it up. Now will not answer or return calls. They totally ghost me. I paid another HVAC $1400 to repair their damage. Will be in court with them soon.

Brauer's replaced the compressor to our outside unit, at almost $900 labor. Then, it started making an alarming loud noise on start up (the neighbors down the street can hear it!). I called them back out. The tech that came out said it doesn't sound normal, but when he called to ask Craig Brauer what to do, Craig said there's nothing they can do about it and it's normal. We're sad to say, we won't be using them, or recommending them anymore.

Worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. 24/7 isn’t actually a thing to them. If you’re having an emergency I highly recommend going somewhere else as the staff is no help and there is no communication.

Haven't had heat in a month waiting for brauer's to get part.called twice this week to check on part that is supposed to be here.was told they call me back haven't heard from them
