I had other heating companies out to my home and they tried to cheat me and cost me a fortune. I was recommended C3 Heating and he was able to come right away, fix the problem, cost effectively. As a single older lady, it's nice to find a company that won't try to rip you off. I highly recommend this company.

The lady on the phone was very nice and was able to get me on the schedule the same day. James, the technician, was great and very honest. He did a great job. Highly recommend this company.

Couldn't ask for a better experience with C3. I had 2 units installed into my 1950's home and they did an amazing job, especially upstairs in my finished attic.

This company has come to my rescue more than once. They came through when another company (the company that sold me a new unit didn't return my calls). Great customer service. Melvin is awesome!

C3 Heating and Cooling replaced my HVAC system for the downstairs and upstairs. Very impressed with their knowledge of what I needed to have as well as their attention to details. Highly recommend.

Home warranty assigned this company to check out my heat pump/ furnace. Company never showed, I called twice no answer I left a message first time they never got back in touch with me. I called again and no answer and their voicemail box was full never heard anything from them.

I don"t recommend this company. Their Operation Manager is very abrasive and unprofessional. He left my tenant who has small children without A/C on a day it was 93 degress out. When I asked if he knew he left the A/C off he said yes, he did it on purpose. He claimed I was supposed to be on site and pay him on the spot which no one ever asked me to do nor did I agree to do. Instead of sending me an invoice as previously coordinated with their office he decided to have his technician remove the fuses from the disconnect and knowing they had small children in the house he left this poor family without AC during one of the hottest and humid day of the year.

My home has an AquaTherm Heating system...I have no idea how this system works but do you know who does? That's right, C3 Heating & Air. Thank you to Jay and TJ for keeping us cool in the Summer!

I was very disappointed with this company. We had to use this company because our AC upstairs went out and we had to go through our home warranty. I am disgusted with and disappointed in their services
