Be where of this company. Unprofessional office staff.
Technician showed up late and smelling of alcohol. Told us they needed to order a part. Never came back. Went with no hot water for over two weeks. We paid almost $15,000 on a Navien combi boiler and this is the way they treat a customer.

I asked to speak with a manager and the lady in the office refused to allow me to speak with them.
