SANAIR Indoor Air Quality

I booked an appointment with this company because of their NADCA rating. They was late to show even after I called to check on my appointment time. The gentleman left the dryer duct cleaning off the estimate, which I really wanted/needed. They told me they would do it for no additional charge. I feel that is what real customer service is all about. If provide a service and mess up, do what even is reasonable to make it right, and you will have a customer for life. I will use them again!

I've already added them to my calendar NEXT YEAR for same service. The gentlemen were neatly uniformed, clean and politely introduced themselves upon their early arrival. They asked to see laundry/dryer area and exhaust and began the work promptly.

I received great customer service from the two gentleman that serviced the ducts today. I requested pictures of the vents and they emailed them to me as soon as they were finished. My client is elated now. Great job!

SANAIR did an awesome job cleaning my dryer vent. The exterior vent was not accessible but the guys took it in stride and found a way to complete the job via the attic on a super hot day...going forward I will only use SANAIR
