Have you ever heard of this: it is snowing outside, you wake up in the morning and the heat is off. now you call the HVAC repair company and they are there in 30 minutes---and have the parts. Rick Thomasson was there in 30 minutes and fixed a bad breaker in no time. Thank you--and oh by the way the representative was courteous and friendly. Great Company!

My newly installed unit had began to have issues and I called Rick Thomasson to look at the problem. They arrived in less than 4 hours and fixed the problem. The originally quoted price was revised to a lower amount (imagine that) because the unit was still under warranty. I recommend this company highly for their integrity and customer service.

They were extremely prompt, affordable and I'm so glad to have used you. The last HVAC guy was... Not well informed to say the least, but you guys were great! From now on, I'm going no where else.
