    The technicians with Mason and Son were outstanding in technical expertise and in customer service.
    They were very conscientious and thorough in their work in replacing our 2 HVAC units.

    Great company. I woke up to "no water" in the house, and then saw a flood of water rushing down our sidewalk in the front yard. Called Mason and Son and was greeted in a very friendly and concerned manner, which is rare these days. I will many times not use a business if they are not polite when I call. Shows that customers are a bother and not valued. So after explaining my problem, I was told someone would call me back. I received a call within 5 minutes. Was next told that they would send someone out. Robert came out within 15 minutes, accessed and explained the problem. He then spent hours digging around my sidewalk to feed a new pipe so he would save us the expense of demo and repair. After it was fixed, he even called us back to tell us how to take our repair bill to Waterworks for a possible credit. Truly honest and genuine people.

    I had a pipe freeze and then break at my business on a Friday evening and they sent someone out to fix it within an hour! The technician - Chris was polite and efficient and got the job done very quickly. The next morning - Saturday, another pipe broke and they sent the same technician out within about an hour and he fixed our problem very quickly. I would recommend Mason & Sons to anyone looking for an honest, efficient plumber! They have definitely gained our business - Thank you!

    I had to ask around for a plumbing service that uses Propress fittings. I finally found Mason & Son. Robert, my technician, came on time, well prepared and completed the repair PRONTO. I recommend these folks to anyone. They were simply great. I also strongly recommend the use of Propress fittings mainly because they are top quality, fast, easy to use and there is NO hot work involved. I will not hesitate to call Mason & Son in the future if need be. Thanks again. Dave

    David & Michael spoke nicely & professionally on the phone, but their company’s work was far from it. They left ceiling tiles taken out in our doctors office for 6 days of business and DID NOT replace them when the job was done - “out of their scope”. Unprofessional, Overcharged & NOT good for their word!

    I hired Mason and Son to do the plumbing for a shower remodel and to reconnect a bathtub. The response to telephone calls and scheduling was adequate and the work, as far as I can tell, was adequate as well. I would like to let others be aware of the billing charges and hopefully save someone the same frustration I had. I was told billing would be done by the hour with a per hour rate. The first hour being higher. When I got the bill I was shocked because the labor included everything from the time the truck left the shop. I was charged for the drive to my house and the plumber to go pick up supplies. He went to Fergusons and Lowes which are right next to each other and only 15 minutes from my house. He was gone at least two and a half hours and I was charged for that, at $95 an hour. He also stopped for lunch, a drive through he said. He still ran out of Pex and had to come back the next day to finish. Again I was charged for the drive time and picking up supplies. When I got the huge bills and told my frustrations to David, the owner I assume, he was very condescending and informed me this is the way everyone on the peninsula charges. I am new to the area so have no idea if this is correct If I had known I was going to pay someone $95 an hour to be in traffic or to spend as much time as they wanted shopping, I would have definitely done more research. It definitely does not seem a fair way to do business to me.

    I had to leave work 2.5 hours early for an appointment I had scheduled with them. Appointment time came and no one showed. I called them and they said that their guy was running behind and they will call me and let me know when he's going to be there. They call back and said it shouldn't be too much longer. Then they call back and say that the job he's on now will probably cause him to not show up today. They call me back 2 hours later and say he can make it today (I was on my way back to work at this point). So I drive back home and about 30 minutes later I call them to ask the status and they say that he can't come.
