David and his team are fantastic. Woke up to my hot water tank leaking water and they had someone here immediately replacing it. I’ve also used them for a new AC unit a few years ago. At the time they warned me I would need a new water tank soon, so I knew who to call once it finally broke. I have a little one so I appreciate the urgency in which they were able to get me in so that he can have a nice warm bath tonight. Thank you again!

As a former submariner I am used to working with the best of the best and I am glad to say that this company is one of the best of the best in the area. From my initial contact to the completion of annual maintenance they were consistently professional courteous and timely. Robert my HVAC technician displayed outstanding knowledge of the profession and explained all the readings on the refrigeration unit as he went along and cleaned it. I highly recommend this to anybody in the area as I will definitely be using them again.

I called Mason and Son on a Tues morning because we had no hot water. They said the earliest they could come out was Thursday, so I made the appointment. They told me they would call if they could come by any sooner. Sure enough, the very next morning, I got a call saying they could come by today (Wednesday). I was thrilled. Technician arrived before noon, repaired the issue, and all is well. Justin was super polite and professional and very knowledgeable. We appreciate this company's excellent service and professionalism. And thank you for coming out sooner. Very appreciated!!! I highly recommend this company!

After discovering a crack in the drain line under my concrete slab, David and his team provided me with service that went above and beyond the standard. David made sure that from start to finish I knew where we were in the project, what the next steps were, and they were going to be completed.

Chris and Mario, were quiet, clean and professional. They made sure at every step I had an opportunity to take a photo for insurance, and that if I wasn't available, they took one for me. I knew that when they left at the end of each day, that they left their work area cleaner than when they arrived.

My HVAC unit came to the end of its life. Homeowners dread. They responded incredibly quick and we're out there within the week for the estimate. Got the estimate within the next day. Paid the first half. I was not expecting the unit for 3 weeks due to ordering delays because of COVID. They were there 2 weeks early and got it done in 5 hours max. Did an absolutely amazing job. Very communicative and super caring. I could not be happier with their friendly & super helpful customer service. And i could not recommend them more.

I called MASON And Son‘s because they found a leak in my ceiling that no one else could find.

I was not as fortunate with my bathtub leak!
The first tech that came out stated he had to leave after an hour because he was out of time. I thought I was paying for MASON And Son‘s to find and fix a leak, not just spend an hour cutting holes in my walls.

After convincing the tech to keep looking he caulked behind the tub spout and charged me $165 and hurried off. I was not at all sure the leak was fixed!!

Sure enough, the leak was still there and a second tech had to come in to finish what the first tech started.

If the first tech hadn’t had a time constraint, I wouldn’t have had to pay for a second visit. The owner was not willing to at least give me a discount on the second visit, though I would expect him not to charge me at all!

1. You did not open a wall. We already knew where the leak was coming from.
2. There was only ONE leak in ONE area!
3. The loose tile below the tub spout should have been caulked when the tub spout was caulked.
4. You had an emergency the day of my appointment but never bothered to call and tell me. I had to call you twice to find out you weren’t coming and get rescheduled

Requested services twice, once for a stuck drain and once for a water heater replacement. Both times the initial communication was great - very friendly and thorough. Both jobs were conducted professionally and cleanly. Amazing turnaround time for the water heater replacement. Many thanks and will be sure to contact for assistance in the future.

So happy to have called them for help with my water heater. I called and within 10 minutes had a tech call me back. A few hours later they were there. Robert had the diagnosis in seconds and an estimate for a new heater a minute later. I was expecting them to be here all day but the job was finished in an hour with just a quick trip up the road. I couldn't believe how quick easy and stress free the process was! Needing a new heater was the last thing I wanted to hear but I feel like with the techs positive attitude and amazing lightning fast response and work it just made a bad thing into a positive thing, and now we are enjoying the hottest baths we've had since we've moved in. Can't thank you guys enough and will definitely call again for any future issues. Highly recommend them especially since the first company I called couldn't even be bothered to call me back so I was frustrated to begin with. Mason and sons really saved the day!

Mason & Sons has been my plumbing and HVAC contractor since 2003. I have used them throughout the years for repairs, as well as replacements and upgrades. The entire team is highly knowledgeable, courteous and arrives on time and prepared to address any issue or concern. Fantastic company and I highly recommend.

We first used Mason and Sons a little over 2 years ago on recommendation from my brother. They are a wonderful family owned business. We love them and won’t use anyone else for our plumbing needs. Chris and Anthony are awesome. Keep up the great work guys.
