Amazing service! I had a leaking pipe coming from my tankless hot water heater. It was taken apart to find insect/bee matter that was causing the problem. The guys were so nice, explained everything so well. I will definitely be calling them again!!

We had our unit serviced in July which was great. The fan was constantly blowing so the tech was going to look into the warranty and fixing the heat kit and get back to me. He never contacted me back. Late September my unit shut down completely. Realized Gary never messaged me about heat kit. Messaged him to tell him the unit was dead. He didn’t come out to check it and said I needed new heat kit. Item was backordered. Two weeks with no response to texts, I suggest we buy whole new HVAC. He was going to get me a price…crickets. I finally talked to the admin person at the company who gave me the details on my unit and what I needed. Contacted a new hvac guy recommended from a friend. He came out and checked yesterday. The heat kit is fully functional. It’s the blower motor that’s dead. That part is in stock and I could’ve had this fixed a month ago!

Had zero issue with answering my questions, took the extra time to explain the what and why of what he was doing, handled the primary issue and then went several steps beyond to help troubleshoot unrelated issues. OMG - Gary is so knowledgeable of HVAC systems! He is professional, kind and fair. He saved me thousands of $$ by being able to try some “tricks” probably known to ‘ol skool’ learned HVAC techs and got my old system working again in under an hour!!
