Nice Heating & Air

This is my first time using NICE Heating & Air. They are professional and good quality with on time delivery. Scheduling the appointment was easy - they coordinated with my schedule and sent reminders for tracking. The technician issued a written report after the service - very professional. When there was a misunderstanding about the charge, the management team was very responsive and resolved the issue in a timely manner. I will use this company again when there is a need in my house and highly recommend it to my friends.

Joshua did a great job. Accomplished in 30 minutes what another provider spent 3 hours trying to figure out. Very knowledgeable and friendly too.

We bought our house in March and realized the gas fireplace was old and not safe to even try to turn on. After contacting a couple other places that pretty much blew us off, we reached out to Nice. The lady that answered the phone was friendly and fairly knowledgeable. They sent Rolando out the next day to look at the fireplace. He was friendly and to the point. He showed me what he was doing every step of the way. He actually tried to fix it before just telling me I needed a new one. Unfortunately, I did need a new one. Which I expected. They gave me a fee options and we chose the one that fit our needs and price point. Luckily, they had one locally and were able to come the very next day. John showed up and completed the install, including refinishing the brick in the fireplace itself. He was quick, clean and very friendly. He took the time to go over everything and made sure we were happy. He actually seemed pretty proud of his handiwork as the job included some difficulty pipe work. The old fireplace was not close to being up to code.

I am very happy with Nice. They were quick, responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Technician Anthony was personable, professional and responsible. The main service needed was to replace a broken thermostat with a Smart Thermostat. Other companies wanted to charge well over $500 and up for this service. Nice H&A charged me a fraction of that.

Melvin Garcia and Luke Talkin were 100 per cent professional and conscientious! They arrived on time, worked two long days to install my heating system. They stayed to make sure all components worked properly and the house became warm.
All stages of work were completely explained.
They cleaned up and put everything in order.
They were the best technicians ever!

Awesome experience. Business AC went out and needed repair asap. John was extremely professional. Didn't try to up sell. Methodically evaluated our problems and worked late to get our HVAC system working. Thanks John.

We replaced out HVAC system with a heat pump. We got really great service and a great deal. We are extremely happy with the team who came to do the work and the company in general.

Very helpful, empathetic, and professional technicians/service. I had work completed one day after my consultation, which was a tremendous relief as I haven't had a proper running system since July. Would 100% recommend! Looking forward to my new system lasting as long as my Mario Kart on Nintendo64 has!

Hayden M was the best. He was prompt in arriving, diagnosed the issue quickly, identified other potential issues, got the required parts, did the installation quickly and neatly and was always smiling, polite and professional.
