Nathan Berry came out even earlier than they had expected, which I have never seen from contracting.
He got right to the point, was able to quote a price significantly faster than the other HVAC companies I had out here.
They also provided the unit I needed, at a price that was significantly lower than the other two quotes I had already.
I signed to have the work done later THE SAME DAY.
Overall, quick, affordable, and easy. Definitely recommend.

I am going to give a fair review, because I myself need review as well. HVAC are expensive , and you have to feel satisfied you are going to get a clean and neat install in a good working conditions for years to come.
Reviews make us better, this company has very good responsive time and follow up. Unfortunately when it comes to the install team they only send in progress training stuff, at the front end. The good technicians are sent to do repairs there is an install manager going around if needed. by the time there is good valuable time wasted. Also when it comes to install there are short cuts made basically you have to be on top of the crew to make sure things get done right. I hope this review make the company addresses issues on those areas.

The company lives up to its name. I am extremely satisfied with the heating service Anthony (technician) provided me. Although a courtesy inspection, Anthony was extremely thorough. He took the time to show me what he was inspecting, each part’s functions, common maintenance issues to look out for, indications of potential issues, and recommended solutions. He came across as candid and respectful (of me, my house, and my family). Personally, despite having first met him that day, I found Anthony more professional, personal, and trustworthy than any technician I’ve worked with to date. The company would be wise to develop a customer service training plan modeled after Anthony’s approach, methods, and expertise.

Everyone I interacted with during my HVAC replacement was actually very nice! They were all professional and did a great job, they have different priced options and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I couldn’t afford. Very honest and transparent people, which I need as this is my first home. Highly recommend!

The company wanted a lump sum cost of $3,600.for providing and installing a 50 gallon water heater. The home depot sells the tank and accessories for $800, all. The company refused to give me breakdown on labor and material. The technician was pushing me to get it done today or will cost more after tomorrow. Company is ripping of home owners. Don't use this company

When Nice originally installed our unit in August 2020, I thought things were great - for the first year. But, every time since that they have serviced our unit (every 6 months with the service package), they try to sell additional services and warranties that they claim are vital and necessary and should have been included at the beginning. The last straw was when we purchased a warranty for the air scrubber bulb we had included in our HVAC system. When it came time to replace the bulb, only after it was installed, my husband and I were told we had to pay additional money or they would uninstall it. And that the warranty was for a different length of time. I have also had multiple conversations every visit in which the technician claims we have no warranty at all; in past instances, if I had not been insistent enough for them to check all of our file completely, I would have ended up paying additional unnecessary money.
I have recommended Nice to others in the past, but can no longer do so in good conscience. Other friends who have used them have not reported these kinds of issues, which leads me to the troubling conclusion that homophobia may play a part in my husband’s and my experiences.
