Samuel was amazing and walked me though everything he was doing to make sure I knew what was going on. He is a great asset to this great team. Nice has always been great, from customer service, to service.

I had a really good experience with Nice heating and Air . David Brown was my assigned Team member. Very polite, professional, knowledgeable as well as those that worked with him. I had one Issue but the company was able to work it out. They kept in touch, you know who was coming to your house and when. I had my 50 year old boiler replaced. Good job everyone.

I choose this company based on the great reviews that were posted, and they did not disappoint. There were three guys that showed up and they all worked extremely hard, it was an all day job. David was the go to guy. He was very professional and “nice”. He explained everything that was involved in the installation including an unforeseen situation that he took care of. So far, I am very pleased with the work they did. Hayden (the project manager, I think) was very nice too! I highly recommend this company!

I am very satisfied with this company. The communication before I hired them was prompt and clear. The technicians who did the work showed up on time, were professional, and answered all my questions. They included one year of heater and AC maintenance in the sale so I will update the review after I can evaluate that work too.

Eddy is a great service tech! He’s friendly, considerate, and eager to do the job right. We very much enjoyed working with him.

I contacted Nice Heating & Air when my heater stopped working. They were quick in getting me scheduled and had excellent communication between the office and technicians. The techs, David and Eddy came out the next day to install a new system. They were very professional, efficient, and really nice. I appreciated that they came in, finished the job in one day, and did an excellent job. They also took the time to give me a walk through of the new system and showed me where all the important information is located. I would definitely recommend them, and ask for David and Eddy if you do call them!

Mr. Joshua came to do the A/C maintenance service today. He is so kind and professional, but also walked extra mile to provide outstanding customer service. He is patient, when I shared my concerns about CO, and asked if he could run the detector again, he was happy to do that, he showed me the number on the screen and made sure we feel safe living here. When he saw my dry vent fell from the hole, I told him it always happens after many times attempting to fix, he offered to help me secure the vent by nailing it on the wall, it won’t fall again for sure. I felt grateful that your company has him, he also encouraged me to participate the furnace contest. According the conversation, Mr. Joshua is very proud of what he is doing and happy with his company. Thanks for allowing me to share.

Denis was extremely helpful when my A/C went out. He went above and beyond to not only get my unit repaired, but to make sure the unit was in the best shape possible for the long term. He stayed extra late to make sure I was fully taken care of. This is the second time we have used NICE and I would call them again. Thank you Denis!

David our representative completed an awesome assessment of our dated Hvac system and presented in detail the efficiency of how a new system would benefit us. David is extremely knowledgeable in this field and someone that you can trust. I highly recommend him and Nice Heating and Air as a valued company for all heating and a/c needs.
