I have a home warranty through AHS. My heat went out in my house. The first time Bell Cow came out they tried to fix it. Good ole Buh-Buh knew what he was doing. He knew his job and knew it well. He was very friendly and professional. He saw that my heating system couldn’t be fixed and recommended replacement. In a short time Buh-Buh was back with his helper. They replaced my heating system just in time before the recent big chill. Bell Cow has earned my trust and my business.
Very prompt and courteous service. Service is still progress, all issues not fully resolved yet. I had 2 nonfunctional HVAC units. One was an easy fix and solved from first visit. The other one: work in progress. It's below freezing outside, so weather does not cooperate. The tech was knowledgeable, and explained the process and progress. Provide me with clear explanation of findings and proposed course of action. Excellent scheduling and communication including previsit calls and emails. Depending of how things will go I will update my post, but so far I am fully recommending them.
Absolutely horrific experience so far... The blower on my AC unit decided to stop working this morning during a 90 degree summer day - exciting times for my wife and two young boys. Called our home warranty company to request service (which they submitted immediately at 10am) and they gave me the name & number to they were tasking with the repair, Bell Cow. I have tried calling them every half hour since then to verify they received the service request and figure out when the tech would arrive. The automated phone menu routes you to the appropriate region (i.e. Richmond VA for us) but after that the phone rings...and rings...and rings... Now it's mid afternoon and they are apparently closed because the automated phone message says they are no longer available to take calls.
To add to our frustration, the phone messages ask you to visit their website for "expedited service." When you go to the website, their service request form is simply to set an appointment and it directs you to call for 24/7 emergency service (to the same number that just rang and rang which is now "no longer available to take calls"). Now I'm stuck calling a different company and paying for this out of pocket since it's not the contractor approved by my home warranty.
I get it - it's dead of summer and A/C repair is in high demand. But making it impossible to even talk with someone, much less get any help when you need it, is exactly what I would call the textbook definition of poor customer service. My suggestion is you don't waste your time with this company and find another option for HVAC services. Thanks for nothing, Bell Cow!
Maurice from Bell Cow came to my mom House to service her AC and he came with a smile . He did an awesome job on determining the problem in a very short amount of time. His said his goal wa to make sure my 85 year old mother had some cool air. Thank you Maurice! His customer service is exemplary and Bell Cow should be ecstatic to have such a wonderful man representing its company. In the future if I am need I will ask for Maurice.. he came with smile and left with a smile!
As soon as Bell Crow accepted the contract, they have gotten in touch with me. They sent their tech as promised. The issue was fixed and my family and I are "happy camper" once again!
Chris from Bell Cow HVAC was awesome. The repair that he had to perform on my outdoor AC unit was in a very difficult spot and he took the time to ensure that it was done properly. My AC is back on and working better than before. THANK YOU, CHRIS!
The HVAC tech Rick who came out was very friendly knowledgable and professional. He fixed a sensor that had fallen out of its bracket & was done in no time. I will definitely make Bell Cow our go to HVAC service co.
Both Technicians that came to my home were both amazing. They did not have us waiting all day. They did an awesome job as well. I would recommend this company to anyone who may need.
This is the second time we have used this contractor for two different floor repairs. The workers have been prompt for appointments. quick and efficient with the work. I will totally use this group again if I need other home repairs.
Technician Terry of Bell Cow Services came and diagnosed my HVAC problem and fixed it. I though I knew what the problem was, but I was completely wrong. I thought it was my compressor or the capacitor. It was a simple circuit breaker. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He stated that if the problem happens again to have a electrician check the breaker box. He answered all my questions and gave good advice. My compliments to Terry and Bell Cow Services. .IT HAPPENED AGAIN AND I CALLED AN ELECTRICIAN AND THE PROBLEM WAS NOT IN THE BREAKER BOX. IT WAS IN THE EMERGENCY CUT OFF SWITCH FOR THE FURNANCE. THE ELECTRICIAN SAID TERRY SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THAT FIRST.
