AVS Heating and Air Conditioning

I regret so much using their services. What started being only a few hundred bucks for one AC, ended being above the thousands and one of the ACs that was working like a charm, broke after they touched. I heard 3 price estimations and they kept only going up. I also paid for cleaning and made the mistake of cleaning both units... That is the time that their product damaged one of my units... And guess what, they denied, even though, they had tested the units right before their deep cleaning. So definitely, no accountability when they break things. Not recommended.

I was searching for a good technician for repairing my AC then I got their number through google and AVS really helped me out to solve my problems and finally I installed my new AC. Thank you AVS.

I reached out to AVS this morning to fix my HVAC on one of the hottest days of the year so far. They were incredibly attentive on the phone and I couldn’t believe it when the were able to send someone within 15 minutes.

2 very nice men showed up exactly on time and after I explained what iChat was wrong, they went right to work. They finished the job within a 1/2 hour and did a very thorough system check before they left.

AVS Repair went above and beyond to repair our stove. We needed a part that was going to take a week to deliver. They drove out to Crofton simply to pick up the part and had our stove repaired the very next day. The servicemen were kind, courteous, easy to deal with, and provided a reasonable timely repair. I would highly recommend their services.

Had to replace my broken 13 year old HVAC, so called over 10 HVAC businesses in my area.
AVS provided the best quote compared to anyone in the NOVA area ( almost ~$1K less than others ).
They have completely replaced the old unit with new one within few hours and nicely cleaned up after.
They are very responsive, always available over the phone for any questions and provides free labor for at least a year for any new units they installed.

AVS always give their best in every services, I have taken many services from them
and the services are always awesome and on time.

I had registered a complaint about boiler replacement and next day it was
done. Unexpected, unbelievable. Really worth it.
