Hobbs Mechanical

The rudest technician and company. We paid 600 dollars for a maintenance of a our generator a month ago, and our generator did not work last night. The technician that came out today was belligerent and rude claiming that we never got service through Hobbs, which we in fact did pay for.

UPDATE Not only was their customer service awful, their technician LIED about us cursing at him at my house. He acted as if he didnt care or want to be there and openly was rude at us. The owner also attempted to put words in our mouth, and his demeanor on the phone is a clear reflection on his employees (who happened to be his son that came to our house). This company also claims to be a certified Generac provider which they are not. Bottom line, we paid for a service that was not provided by a company that is falsely advertising itself. We will be pursuing options in obtaining our money back and compensation.

Was able to get a emergency service appointment on a Sunday. Very professional. The service technician was thorough and explained what he was doing and testing. He was able to answer all my questions. He was able to perform the repairs needed to get my heat pump working.

Replaced our HVAC in zone 3 and Hobbs Mechanical did an outstanding job. They also worked the numbers a bit to save me a few bucks. I will use them in the future for sure!

So quick to respond and very professional. Our water heater ruptured on a holiday weekend, Jeff gave us an estimate that night and we had a new water heater by noon the next day. Couldn't have asked for better service!

Hobbs was great to work with. Their technician, Sidney, was professional and explained every step to us before completing so there were no surprise charges. Thanks Hobbs!

Super fast response and very personable! They came out right away and fixed the problem quickly! Had the same issue 2 years ago and called Russell's...Hobb's was by far better and way cheaper for the same issue!! Hobb's will be our go to guys and are highly recommended!!

This company is amazing! Jeff quickly diagnosed the problem with the Air Conditioning Unit and put us back on the road to comfortable inside temperatures. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing repairs!
