These people installed a system that works. Unfortunately, they did not remove the old one. They just wrapped their new flexible system around the old metal box one. They removed a few pipes I guess so it looked like they were taking stuff away. They weren't. They actually left one of the old returns dropped, detached, and open still going to the return vent into my house. Allowed all manner of bugs to crawl up until we noticed and taped it off on the inside. I went under the house to take a peek and that's when I saw all the old equipment still there. They refused to come back and remove it, even though it was specifically listed in the contract, and because I am Military and was deployed a lot and then transferred, I couldn't get it scheduled in small claims court. They are not to be trusted without direct supervision. Twice they replied with 'Oh no, we will be right over to look at it'. They did. And after they did they said 'Oh no, we will send a team out to take care of this.' Then they didn't. Ever. It has been ten years since and I call annually and now get no response. Can't even tell if they are still in business. In case they are, don't. I WILL REVISE THIS REVIEW IF THEY EVER COME BACK.

Well these guys were my go to guys, however 1.5 years after the install of my new system which is having problems I can not get them to call me back. 14 calls and 2 emails over a 2 month span....
