Was told no when my AC broke. Just said wouldn't take on anyone new. Won't be using this business ever.

I had a problem with my furnace as it did not kick on during a cold winter night. Called Kesterson and they sent Richard out. He quickly located the problem and fixed it. I have always had excellent service from this group and shall remain a long-term customer if and when needed.

I have never been more impressed with an HVAC company. They were trustworthy, reliable, professional, and reasonable. They installed an AC compressor and furnace and it went seamlessly. I would happily recommend them to everyone!

We had our AC go out a few weeks ago, and the first place we called was Kesterson Heating and Air, since we've had good experiences with them in the past with repairs. Sure enough Mr. Kesterson did not disappoint. He came promptly the next morning, was courteous, professional, and pleasant. He first offered to try a few things to see if he could fix it without having to replace everything. Once he was sure it needed to be replaced, he gave us a reasonable quote. He definitely wasn't trying to upsell us, and I really appreciated the no pressure tactics and general advice he gave. He was very patient with me calling my husband to ask him questions while he was there, and he was never derogatory or condescending (unlike so many other repairmen I've had to deal with).

I called around to a few other places to get quotes, and was not impressed by their service men who came to give us a quote. The man from Cundiff was obviously one of those older gentleman who come from from a very sexist generation. And WC Butler took a million years to even get back to me, come and take a look, and then had to wait another few days to receive a quote at all.

Both places were considerably more expensive than Kesterson as well. So I was thrilled when we confirmed with Kesterson, and they came a few days later to fix everything. Again, they were courteous, professional, and pleasant to work with. I really can't recommend them enough! Later the inspector came to check on everything and give it the okay. He made a comment about how Kesterson Heating and Air are super dependable, and he never has to worry about the caliber of work they do. So that was reassuring to hear after the fact as well. Definitely 5 stars! Would recommend.

We have used this company for several repairs to our AC unit. They are reliable and trustworthy. Most of the time they are able to come out the same day. They seem to always make it work. Grateful for good honest service. :)

Our heat pump died on a day it was 100•. Kesterson came out right away, fixed and had us cooling off within a few hours. They are professional and very friendly and most importantly don’t try and sell you a new system if yours is still operational. Our is twenty years old and going.

Great service our A/C went out and a friend told me about Kesterson we called them and three others they were the first to call back and fit us in that afternoon . We worried it was something major since the A/C unit was old and it was a simple fix , the technicians were very polite and even gave tips on making the unit last longer . I will have no problem recommending them to everyone great service .

Excellent service and excellent professionals! In my opinion the best in the Roanoke Valley. Honest, fair, and incredibly knowledgeable. I have used their services several times in the past and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.

They added a new air conditioner and heating unit, as well as some new ducts and returns. I’m very impressed with their professionalism, reliability, and quality of work. Highly recommend!

They fit me in rather quickly. They were very knowledgeable. The technician showed me how to do some preventative maintenance on my own. They were very polite, and very affordable.
