Explained everything in detailed and answered lots of questions i had with grace. Great work and I would request Tyler to be sent again in future.

Oscar Medina, and all of the ESCO Hearing staff, were incredible to work with! They were very professional and patient. I live in a condo and they had to coordinate with the HOA to service my unit. After a number of calls with the HOA and three visits to the condo, they were able to change my water heater and changed the main key water for my unit. Oscar and his coworker were very patient, respectful, and professional throughout the process.

Tyler, the technician, came out for our annual Air Conditioner service - he was really easy to talk to and explained everything. The AC unit is pretty old and he was really helpful / gave us multiple recommendations to get more life out of the unit. Really enjoy working with ESCO and their technicians.

I'm getting bids to get my HVAC replaced and I just had Todd over to my house to inspect everything. While I haven't made a decision about what company I'm going to pick for the install yet, I have to give credit where credit is due. When it comes to professionalism, knowledge, and trust, Todd was amazing. You can tell that he really cares about this stuff and that he has a passion for his company. He's the kind of guy you don't feel weird letting into your home to do the work.
I felt like he did a very thorough job inspecting everything, he took a lot of pictures, and asked all the right questions and it didn't feel like he cut any corners doing the bid. If I end up using ESCO for the install, I'll update this review then, but for now, this review is about Todd and the bid process, which was great.

Called in for a simple garbage disposal replacement. They were a month out for an appointment and require a $80 evaluation fee. The very next place I called was happy to come out to do a free quote.

Bradley evaluated my furnace and found it beyond repair. He explained what was wrong and showed me the problems using a micro camera showing the worn components inside. He was personable and professional. He called Todd Horne, who came promptly to provide an estimate. They will be installing a new furnace tomorrow!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Do your research on Better Business Bureau website. We made two appointments, one for a quote for installation of an electric car charger and a furnace tuneup. Electric quote was unreasonably high.
Furnace serviced, and we were told it was unsafe and needed to be replaced. We called back for a second technician to look at it. We were told the same thing and they had someone give us a quote for 8K for a new furnace. I found the warranty paperwork on our current furnace, and called the office to tell them it was still under warranty, but we needed an authorized Carrier dealer to do warranty work, and they are not. After making appointments with two other companies, I called the office to get the pictures both technicians took, for 10 days I have received no response. The two other companies came out to look at the furnace to replace the heat exchanger, and both stated that the furnace is fine and doesn’t qualify for replacement through the warranty.
