David our tech was a great person but there was a huge miscommunication problem with the electric power company. We wanted to upgrade our house due to issues with the solar-power on the old system. The original upgrade bid was around 3500.00. The power company wanted it ran to a new system on the west side of our house 15 feet from the original position and 20-30 feet from the new hook up location. Due to miscommunication between ESCO and the power company ESCO went to the wrong location, across our front yard, and even though it was their error charged us another 11,000,00 with out giving us any consideration because they blamed the electric company and because they said they were losing money and we argued back that were paying twice as much that the error between ESCO and the power company not an error on our part. Bottom line our front yard needs to be landscaped
even though David tried to make it and we are back to whole. Remember, there was no reason to tear up our front yard!!! We paid way to much and ESCO IS not giving us any consideration for THEIR error. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I live in Uintah/ Ogden and my furnace was very old and had to be replaced as it had become dangerous to use. This was stressful as carbon monoxide had begun leaking due to erosion. I want to send huge thanks to the Ogden ESCO guys who helped to get a new furnace for my home! All of them went above and beyond! A huge thank you first to Jimi who discovered the issue. He was very compassionate about my situation and put my mind at ease. Also thanks to Derek, who was quick to respond and address any of my many questions, including after business hours. And lastly HUGE thanks to Randy and Charlie who installed my new furnace. Randy was amazing and had to crawl under my manufactured home to check the ducts (which wasn't fun!) and still emerged with a friendly smile. He also sealed the vent on my roof which was allowing water in to the furnace area. Charlie was also friendly and put my mind at ease! I can't say enough about you guys!! I was leery of this company at first, but the way these guys handled this situation, their caring demeanor, and their professionalism was the best! I am so happy to have met you all and will definitely recommend and use ESCO again! You are always welcome! I felt like I made a few friends in the process. Love you guys!! š

I would highly recommend ESCO. They were able to find time in their busy schedule to fit me in the same day. I had a hose spigot hooked to my house that was pouring water out from the freeze bib. Parker and Scott were awesome. They fixed the issue with the spigot within a minute, and they also stayed another hour to move my main water shut off into an accessible place for me inside my house (it was completely inaccessible to me prior). Parker and Scott were very knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful to my house, and they offered solutions for a few other plumbing issues for down the road as well.
I had a different plumbing company come earlier in the day, and they just looked at the hose spigot pouring water out and said they didnāt have anything with them to fix it and Iād have to reschedule another time. Iām glad I didnāt reschedule with the other company, and that I found ESCO to do the job instead. I feel much more at ease now with my water shut off lever moved. Thank you Scott and Parker! Job well done.

Noticed our water heater was leaking Tuesday night. Called Wednesday morning and Tanisha was able to get service techs Parker and Scott to our house w/in 2 hours!! They were very friendly.
Needed a new water heater and Parker and Scott had what we needed on their truck so they installed it that afternoon and we had hot water again!!
We can't thank them enough for their quick response! ESCO saved the day!

ESCO installed a furnace/air conditioner 2 1/2 years ago. We had them check/maintain it yearly. This year, a month after their inspection, the air conditioner quit. They came out and said the compressor is shot. The serviceman said we would be a priority but two days later we called and weāre told it wouldnāt be until the next day. Itās been over a week and it hasnāt been repaired. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told no one was there (weekday afternoon) but they would call back the next day. It never happened. Very poor customer service.
Only good thing about them is Tyler.

Very professional, guy really knew his stuff too and was quick to diagnose and fix my a/c unit. When I called to schedule they even moved my appointment up when I told them my a/c had been out for a few days. They even added a few discounts for me when the service came out to be more expensive than I expected. Overall great experience honestly.

Randy was fabulous! Very professional and helpful! He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I felt comfortable that my air conditioner was in good hands and that I could trust him. I called at 8 am and Randy had it fixed that same morning. Thank you Esco!!
