Nic did a great job with our tankless water heater flush and leak repair. He explained everything in detail and cleaned up well when he was done.

Nic was professional and kind. He showed up on time and was able to explain everything about my tankless water heater, showing me what we needed and what was working. He gave me an estimate for the job I needed. Thanks Nic!

Scott was a pleasure to work with and kept me in the loop and worked super hard to get our jobs done. Would recommend this business and this worker to anyone needing plumbing or water softening products.

Update: 5-9-2023
A business lives and dies by their technicians. Thankfully I know who to ask for. When you find a good tech you stay with them. Found one and that’s why I will stay with ESCO.
Randy knew what he was doing and after talked I knew I could trust him. If I trust him then I trust Esco. He explained to me all the ends and outs of my unit and when and why I might need a replacement. I am not there yet but when I do that’s who I am calling.
UPDATE: Turns out the fix did not work. Not blaming them as it did seem to fix it. Ran for a few hours and the fuse on the control board blew again. $189 fix that did not work. He replaced the contact relay I believe. Probably a $20 part. Took 30 minutes and charged $189. But he was there for over an hour inspecting so I understand. But it did not fix the issue. Called them back and they sent a new guy out since the other guy was busy. I already did some testing. Heater worked, fan works. Its just when the cooler starts up the fuse blows. He seem to be unsure and said the board might need to be replaced. The board in there was only 5 years old. $836. Ouch. I said ok but over the weekend it didn't sound right. I am in I.T. and boards usually die, not work a little and stop. All the youtube videos on this problem never indicate a board issue. So I dug into learning about everything. Turns out that $836 charge is for a $150 board and install that takes less than an hour. But I still didn't think it was that. I asked for a second opinion but never got a call back from the first guy, who I felt was really knowledgeable. Several videos mentioned the Capacitor on the AC unit outside. Looked it up, $15 from Amazon. Ordered it. Took 1 minute to move the wires to the new Capacitor. Turned it on. Has been running for 2 days now so I consider it fixed. They should have know that. Its a cheap part to replace. Why was this not considered? In fairness the first guy did think he had it fixed. Not his fault. The second guy should have known to try replacing the capacitor. But to charge over $800 to replace a $150 board is ridicules. But, 5 years ago another company charged me $600 to replace the board. So Esco is not the only company that does this. The best thing to come out of this is that I learned a few things. Do it yourself unless its really technical. But the service industry sure takes advantage of the unknowing. Still might use them to replace the unit soon. But disappointed. They are Gephardt Approved too. I will complain and see what happens.
Update: Twice I have called to ask for a Manager to call me back and so far no return call. Starting to rethink ever using them again.
Update: 3rd time is the charm. They finally called me back and I explained my experience. Said they would use that for training everyone on. I feel better about them although not sure why it took 3 phone calls to get their attention. But it could be that its been really busy since its been 100 degrees the last couple of weeks. I will still consider them.

Nic from Esco has helped us on numerous occasions. The most extensive was during a kitchen remodel that required re-routing several water lines, and the most basic was installing a faucet. He’s a true professional.
He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why, as well as offers tricks of the trade so I can do more projects on my own. I’ve kept his number in my phone, so I can reach out with questions, and he’s always responsive and helpful.

Nic arrived when he said he would and was tentative and very polite. So easy to talk to and explained everything well. I called for an emergency outdoor plumbing issues so all around professional and got my issue resolved quickly without breaking the bank. Thank you.

Bradley Varner was amazing. We have had problems with our heat pump every winter since it was installed, but Bradley knew exactly why. He made some adjustments to the thermostat and checked breakers, and even took pictures of our unit from the ground to show that it wasn't frozen like I thought it was. I was referred by a friend to Esco, and now we are customers for life because of Bradley Varner. I need to talk to my wife, but I'm sure we will want to sign up for your maintenance program. It was an amazing experience. Please thank Bradley again for his help.

dishonest people tried to tell me that my unit was bad when it was under warranty and only needed a small part my airconditioner was not working and they said that my compressor was bad and it was just a contactor for $130

Nic Leatham is the absolute best. We've been going through a lengthy remodel and Nic has been a huge help with everything. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable and explaining everything in depth, he does his work with a smile and always has the best disposition. We'll never use a different company unless Nic decides to work for a different company! Beyond pleased with his work!
