Nic is amazing! He was so great at answering our questions about what water heater to go with. Seriously the best plumber we’ve ever used!

ESCO sent a technician who did not know Heat Pump, which was what I had. The technician said he needed 2 parts and would return to finish the job. That was just an excuse to hide his lack of knowledge.
A second person come another day. The technician knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem with literally a switch.
So, the dissatisfaction came from Esco sent someone who was not qualified to service my heat pump furnace. That was such a neglect since it was Esco who installed the heat pump in the first place.

Randy S was fantastic! He was on time, professional, knowledged and very likable. I enjoyed talking with Randy and he taught me a lot about cooling systems while he was doing my annual AC inspection. Randy S is a great asset and I look forward to working with him again when he comes back to look at my furnace.

Randy S. was my technician today and was very professional and courteous during his time here repairing the HVAC blower motor. As I am the renter, my landlord is stuck with the bill which could have been much worse than what it was. Randy went above and beyond and found that the HVAC unit was still under warranty. He also had no problem with me watching him work and answered all the questions I had pertaining to the job. In my personal opinion, that was much further than his expected scope of duties and I will certainly recommend Randy S. and ESCO heating and air to friends and family.

Two if the nicest guys, Scott and Parker came to fix a drain, repair a tank above the water heater, and fix my toilet. Very professional but so friendly and personable. Knew what they were doing and respectful. Thank you both for taking care of me. ESCO is the best.

ESCO did a great job for us! Called for an appointment to replace our water heater, and they came the next day to look at it. When they arrived, they had the water heater we needed on their truck and were able to replace it that day. Parker and Scott called before they arrived, showed up on time, and took extra care to safeguard the house against damage during the install. (They put down plastic on the carpet, rolled up carpets, and kept everything very clean.) Very happy with their service and would highly recommend!

Persons who drove this truck this morning on I 80 route were unsafe to the vehicles around them and almost caused an accident with merging vehicle's that were coming into the freeway. If they can't be carrying with People's life's, then would you trust them with your pluming/ heating and AC? I wouldn't.

He was very professional and was very knowledgeable. He explained everything he did and how it worked so you could make the best informed decision. I would recommend both Randy and ESCO to any friend or neighbor who needs HVAC service. High marks for the company and their employees. The dispatch lady called several times to explain where Randy was due to the tremendous snow storm we had on the 14th of December. On the last call she said Randy would be there in thirty minutes and he was early. I can tell by the way Randy talked along with the work he performed that he liked his job and what he does. A great employee!

Jimi was very knowledgeable, on time, quick and accurate with his inspection. Found my AC compressor blocked with debris and had it cleaned and working more efficiently in 30 minutes. Raised my differential air temperature from 6 degrees to 16 degrees. My favorite thing about Jimi’s service was he explained was he was doing and what was causing certain things to happen. Definitely using this company if Jimi is my areas service technician.
