TOTAL SLOBS. They have a guy at a booth at Home Depot. Took my number down for an AC Tune Up. They started actually harassing me, texting and calling me NON-STOP for WEEKS to schedule. I finally scheduled when it worked to, set aside time from work, and they flaked like 2 hours before in the most nonchalant, casual, way like it was the usual. No apologies, told me I was lower priority and got bumped off their schedule.

Had Nic repair the pump and check valve
On my tankless system. He did a great job.

They installed a new furnace and relocated a thermostat. They did a very professional job, always carefully covering the floor and vacuuming any plaster. They went the extra mile to relocate the thermostat. They wanted to be happy with their work, and wanted me to be satisfied as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. This is the third job I've had them do.I will be calling them again for the next project. Brad,Tod,Benji, and Taylor, good job.

Todd did a great job measuring my home and calculating what type of system I would need. He was also really great in explaining the different systems and the pros/cons of each. Rocky and Josh did a great job installing a new A/C and furnace, working through a couple of different hurdles that popped up. Really satisfied overall.

Austin slayed it! We’ve had a couple of people from here come to our place for heating and AC over the last 3 years but Austin stood out. Very professional and walked me through what he was doing. What I valued most is he helped me understand everything and he also let me know what my options were.
He was genuine and when things were in top shape he let me know. he was great to work with and trust worthy.
Great company overall.

David did great on this light installation and was very kind through out the process! Highly recommend working with him.

The booking experience and person who performed the job were nice enough. However, when I booked the service I was told it would be a $79 service fee to get the tech out here and then I would be given a price estimate once the situation had been assessed. I never received an estimate and the work was just completed leaving me responsible for a close to $500 bill. The service was for a smart thermostat install which did include a new wire needing to be added, but the charge seems a bit steep. Had I been given the estimate before the work was done, I would’ve declined the service.

Austin - HVAC and Brazing Wizard & John - Tech Manager and a wealth of experience and info ( plus great stories) have remedied a complicated situation where we were looking for a refrigerant leak. They diagnosed the issue, had a plan to evaluate where the leak might be and Austin was back quickly to find the leak, repair the refrigerant line and restore the unit to good working condition. Many Thanks!

I am amending my previous review that was 5 stars. The technician repaired my furnace over the weekend but the repair didn’t last one night. I had to reschedule and a faulty part was replaced. I am happy with the repair but I am unhappy with the cost. The part was under warranty, yet the labor was $300 for a simple part replacement. I would shop around and make sure you know what the cost will be.

Two people showed up on time to our home to install an under-the-sink drinking water system and new kitchen sink faucet. We showed them what needed to be done. We had already purchased the new drinking water system and new kitchen faucet. Both were on-hand and ready to be installed. They quoted us just over $1700.00! Wow. We wanted to get it done so agreed to the services. The two of them were at our house for just over an hour --- at the most for 1.5 hours. We were happy with the quality of their work and still are. Even given them the benefit of the doubt on time worked (and one plumber could have done this), we should have been billed for maximum three hours of time and some miscellaneous materials. My wife called their office a day or so later and was told a manager would call her back AFTER a home show he was attending. It's been way over a week since then and we still haven't heard boo. We want to know how charging us over $500.00/hour makes any sense? No one will call us to discuss. We will NOT be doing business with this company again.
