Our air conditioning unit quit blowing due to a bad motor, on the furnace. After calling multiple companies & being told the whole furnace needed to be replaced (quote $4200) we tried Utah's Best Home Pros. I told them I needed it fixed as soon as possible (mostly for my mother who was put on hospice yesterday) and was given approximately a 3 hour wait. In less than 30 mins I received a msg from Nigel saying he was on his way. He checked it and the furnace did not need to be replaced just fixed. An hour and a half later we finally have air again. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future as needed. Thank you Nigel and Dawn for the prompt service, kindness & caring you gave us. I would give 10 stars if possible!! Brayden, Mason, and Austin were all great. They came when they said they would, laid out our options, and got our AC back up and running with a new unit as soon as possible. The temporary portable units they provided were also greatly appreciated as we waited for the install.

Zach was professional...covered his shoes...did a great job. We'll definitely call in the spring for an AC check up! Very impressed with the whole experience.
