Terrible, they took 15 min to look at our AC unit that went out and said it was a bad compressor and that we needed to replace the entire unit. Second opinion looked at it and all it needed was a new fan motor. Either they have incompetent workers or they are dishonest in their practice. Regardless, I will never use this company again.

Doug did a great job and informed us of the status of the furnaces. We look forward to North Star continued service.

They recently came and fixed my AC. I was really pleased as punch. Their customer service was impeccable, and they were very prompt. Definitely recommend!

I called yesterday to have someone come out today. Was given a time window 8am-10am. No one ever showed up, no one called. Really disappointed! Will be bringing my business elsewhere.

i just love this company the dispatcher was amazing so friendly and the technician was so nice, clean, and completely professional they were able to have my AC up and working perfectly the same day i would recommend this company to everyone
