North Star Heating & Air Conditioning

I have to say they are the best! Very honest! A friend had another company come and look at their air conditioner and told them they needed a whole new unit, 10,000 worth. I told them about North Star and they went out the same day and fixed what would have been a costly replacement.....

Scott was very nice. He showed me what he was doing and the bad part. He showed the bad part vs the good part. I would definitely recommend this company. I would also call them again to fix anything HVAC I needed. Very honest

I’ve had North Star our to my home twice now, once for a furnace problem and once for a tune up. Both times their reps were very prpfessional and very knowledgeable. I would I highly recommend them.

I started working for Northstar last November. I served for seven years in the United States Army and the most important value that I took with me from military service was integrity. The definition from the military is doing what is right even in the absence of supervision. This company meets and exceeds that standard they never push for you to just sale new equipment. The honesty and integrity that TK and Kel bring to North star is beyond reproach.

North Star has been awesome in trouble shooting my heater. They explained to me (in English) what was wrong and gave me detailed expectations on what needed to happen. I trust North Star and they my first and only choice.

The installers were very professional and on time. The manager of the company came out to my place to check that everything was installed correctly after. I appreciated the service!

Awesome service! Scott even walked me through how to fix the problem with my furnace if it happens again. I hope I don't need an HVAC person again, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to call North Star.

Their work was five star from their proposal to completion. Very good job. I use a lot of contractors and will definitely recommend North Star first for heat and air.

THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!!! WASTE OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. TALK THE BIG TALK BUT CAN'T FIX A THING.
Worst customer service ever. Came out charged is over $500.00 and still no air. Would come out make a few adjustments to what I have no idea. He stated he did not know why it woud not turn on. Told us to call and make another appointment do they get yet another service call charge.
