North Star Tech George arrived on time and provided great customer service. Walked through the A/C inspection to reveal the problem and then replaced the old worn out capacitor. I didn't even notice that on the bill he waived the service call fee $59.00, so I only paid for the part he replaced. Highly recommend to anyone to use them for any A/C and heating service.

Once again North Star delivers. I've been working with these guys for 3 years and every time its a great experience. Today Ishmael called to let me know he was on his way and did a great job quickly assessing the issue with my furnace. He did some additional maintenance and cleaned up from a previous installer. Stellar service within 4 hours. It's so nice to have a company you can count on these days.

I have had excellent service from North Star and especially Doug. They fixed our air conditioner last summer and with the issue, it made sense to get their Gold Star membership. With that, I received a winter and summer cleaning service. During the service this winter there was an issue that caused our Ecobee thermostat to blow out. Sometimes stuff just happens and how people handle it shows their character. Doug was fantastic, he did everything he could to fix it and make it right. In the end, I had to exchange it with the manufacturer. When it came in he made it his priority to reinstall it since there were parts to install on the furnace. He did a great job!

I’m not one to write reviews but Doug made too great of an impression not to. He came out for a free tuneup for my furnace & AC & I was skeptical knowing that a “free service” typically does more harm than good. Well, I was proven wrong! Not only was he super helpful he was not pushy, actually fixed some minor things. I actually had no interest in using them again after a previous experience but Doug now has me as a customer. Just be sure to ask for him!

I’m now hiring them to clean my vents and will likely use them for inevitable future needs having 2 furnaces. Thank you Doug for for having ethics and integrity in an industry grossly lacking it. North Star is lucky to have you.

The tech, Jeff, they sent out was very friendly, courteous, and quick! The pricing was very reasonable. Now our furnace is free of build up (boy was it clogged up!), got a tune, and is running at the appropriate capacity for our home. He even removed some old crappy tape job and replaced it with a clean and smooth new layer of tape on a duct near the furnace. We plan on using them again soon for duct cleaning which will cost half of what a competitor quoted us! Over all very satisfied with the services. They left us feeling like we got our moneys worth

I purchased a home in August and had to use the home warranty pretty quick when fall hit for the furnace. They dispatched Northstar and they did a great job at both troubleshooting and fixing the issue. I would highly recommend their team to help you out.
