North Star installed a new system in my home and they did a great job. Sales offered a great value. Installation was fast, professional, and clean. They offer a great product and the warranty is out of this world. From start to finish these guys nailed it! I would highly recommend North Star 💫 Awesome work!

North Star came out to my dads home he recently purchased and helped gather a plan with updating his furnace, ac, adding basement duct work, and adding a dryer vent at a reasonable cost! The service technician Anthony was very professional and knowledgeable, respectful and honestly upfront. The installers were great and worked hard to get the job done in a timely matter. Then they were kind enough to come about a week or so later to double confirm my dad was happy and satisfied and everything was working as it should. My dad couldn’t expect anything more from North Star and when I finally decided to purchase a home for myself I’m definitely calling them with any heating and air conditioning needs!

I literally can not say enough good things about this company. I had previously worked with another company and it was night and day. My technician was Anthony and he was AMAZING. I had them go to my moms furnace too. My mom is an elderly widow, something the other company took advantage of to the tune of literally thousands of dollars. Installed a furnace to big for the house, pipes not up to code, I could go on and on. NORTH STAR was prompt, knowledgeable, explained everything that they did and needed to be done, told me what had to be replaced immediately what could wait etc. HONEST which is what you want in a company that comes inside your home and services something as important as your furnace. Prices were very reasonable, honestly I would \ will recommend to everyone. Absolutely incredible. Thanks North Star..

My family uses North Star and they are great. The technician, Doug, was there right on time and called ahead to let me know when he would be there. They are reasonably priced and explain everything to you. They didn't come out and sell me on anything, but did make some recommendations. They customer service has been amazing and they went above and beyond assuring I wouldn't have any issues this upcoming summer. Kudos to Doug for a great experience.

Our furnace went out on a very cold morning, temps in the teens. They were here within two hours. The tech was very professional and even though they had not installed the furnace, checked to see if it was under warranty without me even asking. It was still under warranty and it saved me $600. These guys are the real deal, they are my HVAC guys for life.

I have been meaning to write this review for ages. I can honestly say these guys are best. We’ve bought a few homes and used so many different heating companies. But I have to say Northstar is beyond the best company we’ve ever used. From the moment you call and speak to Angela, to meeting with the repair guys, Anthony and George to only mention a few. Their customer service is exceptional. They have been so honest and fair with us and are so impressed.

I tried e-mailing my concerns to the customer service e-mail but their server didn't allow it to be delivered. *Update: I was contacted by this company and given a refund of the money I was overcharged. Our A/C broke and North Star was able to send Anthony over the next morning to help us out. He was amazing and replaced our capacitor in like 10 minutes and was reasonably priced. I am looking forward to continuing to work with North Star for ongoing maintenance. 10/10 would recommend!
